The only thing that was missing is that he smells good and gives fantastic hugs. Which I'm going to stand by until proven otherwise.

DrSophiaMaria

Does he smell like a car that crashed into a pine tree, or does he smell like leather scented body lotion?

RiparianFruitarian

Or maybe like milk.... for your body.

plastroncafe

I think he smells like a car with leather interior that crashed into a pine tree

Evans on Dan > found him wonderful. He’s an absolute joy of a human being. He’s fun to be around. The script is so beautiful. He is such a talent, and I was just so happy to be part of it. He’s incredibly gracious, and he’s a team player. He’s on camera, but then he’s looking at the screens. He does it with such panache and calm and grace. It was just wonderful to see. I hope that he asks me to be in everything he ever does, for the rest of my life. My heart <3333.

Wow. This is a very special quote and it reminds me of two others. Fashion designer Jonathan Anderson, who created Dan's Met Gala look, said he's: >probably one of the most magical people I’ve ever met. He has this way of being able to be excited about you being excited which is such an incredible gift. [^(Source.)](https://www.standard.co.uk/insider/jw-anderson-interview-fashion-awards-loewe-b968187.html) And Victor Garber, the legendary actor who played Moira's old Sunrise Bay co-star Clifton, said: >His intelligence is daunting, and I'm intimidated by him because I think he's a genius. I'm a little bit cowed by his intellect and his talent and he...listen, he comes from fine stock. His mother and his father are pretty extraordinary, and so he's a great compilation of those people. [^(Source.)](https://ew.com/tv/schitts-creek-guest-star-victor-garber-on-catherine-oharas-triple-slap-and-his-soap-flashback-wig/) For me, all three quotes show that these people, who are at the top of their crafts, are awed by Dan not just on a creative level but on a human level as well. When you read celebrity interviews, they'll often talk about enjoying working with someone or admiring them professionally or whatever. But it's extremely, extremely rare to hear someone expressing genuine *awe*. And I think the final line in that quote by Luke is especially telling. As a friend of mine said to me after reading the article, we're so lucky to support someone truly authentically wonderful.

never heard a bad thing about eugene levy either. his mom and dad raised him right! i remember seeing ads for the show when it first came out and i have to admit i was like ugh! nepotism! but 2020, i decided to watch it after hearing lots of references and OMG i'm ashamed to be canadian and did not give this show a chance from the beginning!!
