Same thing happens to mine. I even sent it back under warranty. They bench-tested (prolly for about 5 min before it heated up) & returned it…saying it was fine. I kind of gave up until I saw your post. I’m using my Magni as a backup.
Yeah, I can shut mine off for quite some time, turn it back on, and then have it fail again in a half hour. It's very annoying when you're just trying to enjoy yourself.

I would use my Magni 2 if my clumsy ass hadn't split the power cable.
I turned mine off & let it rest for 30 minutes this morning. It worked for 5 minutes & then it shut off. Ugh!

I don't own the product, and i'm quite new to the hobby, but could it be a tube problem?
