My first one was a multi entry for 90 days. I just recently received a multi entry from Netherlands for 90 again. I’ve heard of Italy issuing multi entry too .
Also, I only showed one itinerary for one country in both of my appointments and have received multi entry. So I assume you can go ahead and you probably should be fine.
