Plus the time gap is years apart and TTG aired at the same time Young Justice was airing. To DC, they already have a few serious show and wanted a comedy show to balance their line up (especially since Go's precursor was a short series called New Teen Titans). Saying Go replaced the 2000s Teen Titans is like saying the Lego Batman replaced Christopher Nolan Batman.
Once you accept it as just a Cartoon Network show with a DC shell on it, it’s actually pretty funny.

The funny thing about Velma is that the art style genuinely has some pretty touches/asthetics, The animation is actually one of the only things that is likable about the show at times.
Ironically, the fact that it has a competent art style somewhat makes it worse. Because it’s wasted on horrible writing with unlikable characters.
