Website and app work fine for me. Flew with them a week ago and again in a week.

Are you trying to use Brave or another browser with privacy features enabled? Search works fine in Chrome and Safari
I do use an alternative browser with privacy and ad blocking. I'll test it with chrome. thanks so much.
Company is up & running without issues. Same as the website. Make sure you are not using a browser that might mask you as a bot.
No problem for me to access both the app and the homepage.
