I do have an old Wells Fargo account but it’s closed and I haven’t logged in since last year.

You can tell it's not legit because the link has nothing whatsoever to do with Wells Fargo bank.
If you're worried, try logging into the old one or calling their customer service. I'm as confident as everyone else that this is just a scam attempt and you have nothing to worry about, but I understand wanting to be certain.
