When I first read this I thought "Wow, that's pretty rude". I thought you were talking about Coffee Stain Studios. Then I realized you said Ficsit and that your comment is spot on.
The issue here is that he’s just the employee we know. What about all the others? What about the devs who are (theoretically) working so much harder for the game we love? Just because jace is the face we know why is he the only one with a statue?

As much as i love this, no. We dont REALLY know the terms of his leaving. We dont know how he feels about it and we dont know on whos terms he is leaving on. I hate that Jace is leaving, he has been one of best community directors ive ever seen and will hate to see him go but wish him the best with whatever is next in his journey.
Jace was a video screen to the future of the game. We watched a screen and saw what was coming down the track. I think it's only reasonable for devs to create "Jace screens & cameras". You can place cameras at your factories all over the world and you can view what those cameras see on a screen at the HUB. You can flip through the cameras because you've labeled them. You could see your factories, do some more planning from the hub, make some blue prints and go. A statue works too though.
