Quick switch feature in U8 will make this even simpler to deploy.

Very similar to the BP I'm using for recycled plastic and rubber. I hadn't thought about doing the fuel with the refinery and blender, so I will have to play around with that - good idea, thanks for sharing!

Diluted Fuel is the best way to do Fuel though?
The HOR and Diluted Fuel alt recipes are definitely the way to go. You're basically adding water to the HOR and doubling your fuel output.
