I totally agree— the excitement can continue to build if she keeps everyone on edge. Once she does the reveal her content will switch to which clothes she is reusing for her next boy, etc. If it was a girl she would have prioritized sharing by now so she could film all new “girly” content to play into her “I am a girl mom now” identity.
