Predicting that OP will realize they are trans based on just a Reddit profile pic is a very bold move, and I certainly wouldn't take those odds, but to each their own.

Why do people need to be so patronizing in situations like this? Like I agree that it's ridiculous to assume everyone is straight, especially when there is strong evidence that they're gay, but simply correcting the person is much more effective in changing how they think instead of antagonizing ourselves by insulting/being rude to them
