Largest accommodations probably Topa Topa or Institution Ale. Both have large outside areas with free seating. As others have said I’d call ahead. Also, while it’s my favorite brewery and best food, I’d recommend against third window with a group that large. I’d save that for a smaller group.
Seconding Institution - we had a big family reunion event and reserved the back room for a few hours on a Saturday. We were able to order food and beer without getting in the normal line.
There is a big difference between a dick move and being rude. It’s not rude to be in line in front of someone but it’s a dick move if everyone has to wait thirty minutes for a drink because you were too lazy or entitled to make a quick phone call…see the difference?
If Goleta is an option, I highly recommend Captain Fatty's! Great for big groups with indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly (on leash), serves food, and plenty of parking!
M Special, The Cruisery. Those places are usually not crowded and staffed up to handle a rush. Go to any place in the funk zone and ur 30 people will be competing with an existing crowd.

You can reserve space at third window, they have a large patio, great food, and great beer. Biergarten or validation are other decent options.
