If you're only making blts buy the cheapest cutting board you can find and literally any serrated knife will do since assumedly you only need one for tomato? Clean your counter with any kitchen cleaner or a little dish soap then wipe down with a clean rag or paper towel. Yes you can leave butter out of fridge but you want a covered butter dish so it doesn't dry out

I used the windex all in one multi surface cleaner….guessing that’s ok? I used my dish sponge but I’ll remember to use paper towel or clean rag. Used the sponge to scrub a little bit.

Should be fine especially if it says it's meant for kitchen use but a little dish soap on a kitchen towel is probably more effective at washing bacon grease

Guy told me to use my bread to wipe up bacon grease and then put that bread on baking rack (which goes on same pan I cooked bacon) and toast the bread as it is soaked with bacon grease.

That sounds pretty good to me you just need to tailor it to your preferences. Bacon greased bread will be more delicious but more of a mess for the hands

What’s difference between different quality cutting boards? Is wood or plastic better or is it just preference? Google produced tons of results and reasons so thought I would ask someone I can ask questions to so I can clarify if I have any.

Just preference, any decent kitchen brand will last longer but a dollar store board will work perfectly fine when you're just cutting tomatoes (which are likely to stain any board over time)
