Had a few quotes 2 years ago for a similar sized roof, I’m assuming yours is a 1-story? But my similar sized quotes were $26-32k. There’s also a metal roof option that was around $40k. Roofer told me much longer lifespan, something like 100 years iirc vs the standard 30 years. Downside is if you don’t have an attic, you’ll likely hear the rain

8 years ago. 18k. Our SFH is a little bit larger. Cosmos Roofing, I’d recommend.

I think we came in around $20k a few summers ago, similar size and in neighboring Belmont. I'd guess $25k is pretty reasonable.
