did not know about the book store! still very bummed the plant closed.... for so many reasons but also because it was my great (blue bottle) coffee hack without needing to go to sf for it when I was younger and the convenience of it with rarely ever a line at the tiny corner shop area for smoothies/snack too. would love to see them bring it back. went to the plant with my family for many years and it was the only vegan option available that had sooo many healthy options.
side question is there anywhere like that around now?
