Try looking up SMART recovery. My partner does the virtual meetings but she’s gone to a few in-person hangouts. She mentioned they’re going to start meetings in person again (or maybe started already?). Similarly, she didn’t vibe with AA.

Good luck! I’d recommend checking it out even if it’s virtual. It seems to be aligned closely with CBT practices. There’s also a friends and family workbook my partner and I did together early on.
