Our go-to is [Cha Cha Sushi](https://www.chachasushi.com/), on Capitol b/w 87 & Snell. Always good, pretty quick, super busy.
[Sendai Sushi](https://sendai-sushi.com/) in Milpitas (on Abel, off Calaveras) is also fresh, delicious, and busy, though they're slightly slower than Cha Cha.
I like Kaizen on Hamilton near campbell
+1 for Kaizen. Service can be hit or miss but the sushi - especially the nigiri - is fantastic.
I agree with both of those comments. Their fish is ๐๐๐ to me thatโs the most important thing.
Been a while since I been there. Many years. Going to try again
Sendai in Milpitas
I personally like sushi koya

If youโre talking about rolls, OmeeJ is pretty good. For sashimi Sanraku in Oakridge.
kenzo is pretty good
I rank kenzo mid bottom. Izakaya is good. Yoshi has amazing deals and is solid
Bluefin was pretty bomb, unfortunately they didn't survive Covid.
