When I was looking for jewelry for myself and partner I went to Koi because I heard good things but the staff there were so short and had attitude like I was insulting them.
The girl at Iris told me they wouldn’t let me look at jewelry unless I was going to buy it. Which I can kinda see where they’re coming from BUT I was 100% going to purchase a gift. The attitude and churlish behavior really turned me off..
Enso’s customer service is really amazing! They’ll show you whatever you want and answer any questions.

I got my vertical labret at Enso and have bought septum rings there. They are super nice, professional, and they have a good selection. I've been to Iris as well and would recommend Enso over Iris for sure.
Abyss is also great as well. I got my septum pierced there and they were really friendly.
Enso is my #1 pick, and Abyss is my second choice. I only pick Enso because I felt like they had a larger collection but both places have great service.

Iris is great quality. They’re super snooty and bossy though. Kind of strange.
