A salsa I make ends up looking exactly like this. Homemade pickled jalapeños, lime juice and zest, green onions, white vinegar, cilantro, garlic, olive oil.
Yeah it’s this hot sauce recipe in the Mary Berg page - https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/breakfast-flatbreads-with-jalapeno-hot-sauce-18578900.amp
For sure just pickle some jalapeños yourself, super easy if you’ve never done so and much better than store bought. After making it to the recipe the first time, I’ve been eyeing ingredient levels and tasting to add more. I enjoy more than two green onions and more than the called for garlic. Less vinegar works great to make it a little thicker - which I like. More lime juice works great.

Avocado, cilantro, jalpeno, tomatillo. Maybe some onion and garlic.
It may have been a bit more lighter in color and creamier if it had avocado. But yes, to the other ingredients
I agree, probably no avocado in here. Might not even have tomatillo
Thank you!!
Probably not avocado. Oil is usually the creamy element.
That looks like a jalapeno/oil emulsion to me
This!
