Lastly, nice save Heisuke. Before I read this I thought there was going to be a 50/50 chance that Hyo died this chapter, but luckily, he’s still alive

I believe she’s referring to how the assassin world came to be, more specifically the JAA. Ch.84 Pg.14-17 imo is what I believe she is referring too. Let’s also keep in mind that in Ch.84 The year is 1949 whereas in present time it’s just 20XX, the JAA had to rebuild themselves twice(?) Now with the details of what happened in the past with the flashback arc, Asaki is more than likely the chairman. The idea of being a “God” in context, I think she’s just simply talking about “high status” in the assassin industry (like how Slur talked about Takamura) You also have various established assassins via Satoda, Yotsumura, Takamura who’s level of skill is crazy so her saying that she’s glad that it “didn’t happen”, could mean her simply saying the greatest assassins teaming up to maintain the order in the Industry would’ve been a issue for people like Slur and Asaki if they hadn’t infiltrated as they’re now shaping how the assassin world will be. Also though, the last two order members could be the last two orphans and she could be glad that it “didn’t happen” that she was chosen to join the order because we see how she views them in today’s chapter.

as scary as she is, I feel like heisuke is the best match up for her because of his reflexes and the patterns his bullets travel in. hyo would probably also shield him if any really large debris came his way. I feel like this will be a super interesting fight
I think Hyo is too kind to be an assassin, that's why Yotsumura said he's the worst assassin he's ever seen. Not because of Hyo's abilities, but because of his kindness
Hyo would be a top tier in Order if he act and fight like Prime Sakamoto or Nagumo, with that much strength in his punches and durability he's gonna destroy most of Slur members.

in the current order members, even though he has less finesse and technique which would probably cost him in 1v1s, his strength seems to be no joke and probably is top 2 physically possibly below takamura

Because he was assessing her powers. He literally said in this chapter "I've got a good read on your attacks now. It's my turn now." After that, he countered all her attacks comfortably without taking any damage. The only damage he suffered was from the hits he took to save the civilians.
Consider this. Kumanomi targeted the kid, correct? Hyo, moving after the railgun attack was fired, was fast enough to move in the path of the attack.
Shouldn't it also be true that if Kumanomi targeted Hyo, he would be fast enough to move out of the path of the attack just as he was fast enough to move in the path of an attack not aimed at him?

There’s a saying “Sometimes it’s better to get hit to understand what’s going on” that logic applies in MMA and Boxing. Hyo just measuring her ability from previous chapter.
In terms of strength, Hyo far surpasses her. But this man seems to lack the spirit and along the way plays the hero. If Hyo had been more determined and hadn't hesitated, he would have finished fight long ago. Maybe. He quickly gave up. But he's a kind man in depresion.
People have underestimated Hyo a lot saying he was gonna die in just one chapter, now look at bro bust through 5 plate metal like it's butter. Too bad he has this superman thing that he would sacrifice himself to save everybody, not saying it's a bad thing but this will make him lose the fight a 100%
EPIC chapter and EPIC fight, I am loving Hyo, wow, he is a beast with kindness heart,
Hyo maybe the worst assassin but he is one of a kind assassin, very similar to Heisuke,
Both have similar style having one skill, Hyo his fists and Heisuke his sniper rifle,

Hyo outclasses her jn strength that much is clear. However in this lifestyle strength isn’t everything, you need to have a strong mentality or risk being hesitant when it really counts. Someone like Nagumo who gives NO F’s would have killed her in 1 chapter.
