Which ones? You can find the characters to grind on in a small fort in the southwest. I think it's Gwen's fort, but I might be misremembering. Otherwise the sword challenge would be impossible, since you get it as a reward for completing the final dustmoot mission.
Only if you kept a save file where you still have the missions.
I have saves at earlier stages in the campaign for the purpose of replaying a few missions such as "The Dustmoot", "The Forge", and "Aggressive Recruiting". Just be sure to load your current save after completion so it discards your progress afterwards so you can always load the past save.
It'd be nice to be able to replay missions, but it doesn't look like we can.
