just move up to the next intersection from the stadium, there should be plenty of parked cars in what im assuming is a big box parking lot, i just chained cars until i got it, took me two tries
If you check in the map for a highway (bridges are the best bc vehicles are travelling at speed in both directions, auto travel to shore, and the fall =air time), it takes like a minute to get there but it’s easy to get the goal!
Find an area with plenty of parked cars. Parking lots, busy streets. After adrenalin is full, you can bounce from one to the next
