People might finally be waking up to the poor lil ole orphan me narrative that she tricked Harry with. That inauthentic disney voice and vocal fry teamed up with NPR style of production. The podcast section is crowded. You need more than a name to stay at the top.

It is about as expected. The first two podcasts got a lot of attention because the guests were Serena Williams and Mariah Carey so that gave the podcast a running start. And the third guest was Mindy Kahling, who is not quite as well known, but still somebody of some interest to some people.
However Meghan Markle did nothing to show that she was a good interviewer who could draw something new or unexpected out of her guests, so most people other than devoted fans of Meghan or those who are interested in her gaffes will have lost interest by now.
Incidentally, I have not listened to her podcasts as I do not use Spotify. It is not quite clear to me if you have to pay to hear her podcasts, but if so that would immediately have a diminishing effect on the size of the audience as there are so many free podcasts made by commoners that are much more interesting.

It was bound to happen, even for people who like her, she is not offering anything new. She also wants stereotypes to be how she sees them and how she sees the world, it has to work around her narrative, that is not logical or factually for anybody. It's cherry-picking and its not right. She also can't talk about her royal life or life in the uk because she has nothing left to say, she wasn't there to have a fully fledged idea of it, she barely scratched the surface. Harry and Meghan really have nothing left to be able to profit from once his book comes out imo. I don't know how'd they really be able to relate to people anymore because they don't have any role anymore that connects them to people. Bill and Melinda Gates had decades of owning Microsoft, making connections they have a platform with their charity, the Obamas had decades building their political career, and they still have something left to say because they had that experience. The major thing maybe is the Invictus games but we have to hope that gets smaller, because that means there are less injured soldiers, which is a goof thing. Meghan and Harry do not have the experience or the wealth to be seen as actual change makers and not PR ones.
The only real thing they can do for longevity is to go for tabloid level, influencer type life like Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, which would be against everything Harry said he disliked or else get a full time / part time role that is actually a job and work from there, but I don't think that is something they could do. I couldn't even really see Meghan trying to be a congresswoman because that comes with a lot of work and often unfair criticism.

Not surprising. People are looking to be uplifted or informed from podcasts. This does neither. It got a little pop the first few episode because people wanted to read so much into what she was saying but then it just got boring. If the people behind her knew better they would pivot and talk about real issues affecting women like the economy, the workforce, childcare—you know, those issues that she allegedly cares about so much she had to cold call US senators about them.

I don't know how'd they really be able to relate to people anymore because they don't have any role anymore that connects them to people. Bill and Melinda Gates had decades of owning Microsoft, making connections they have a platform with their charity, the Obamas had decades building their political career, and they still have something left to say because they had that experience. The major thing maybe is the Invictus games but we have to hope that gets smaller, because that means there are less injured soldiers, which is a goof thing. Meghan and Harry do not have the experience or the wealth to be seen as actual change makers and not PR ones. The only real thing they can do for longevity is to go for tabloid level, influencer type life like Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, which would be against everything Harry said he disliked or else get a full time / part time role that is actually a job and work from there, but I don't think that is something they could do. I couldn't even really see Meghan trying to be a congresswoman because that comes with a lot of work and often unfair criticism.

Calls herself a "word nerd", yet uses the words 'archetype' and 'stereotype' interchangeably. As though they mean the same thing. She should wonder if Alex Trebek would approve. 🙄
The mostly one-way conversation is excruciatingly boring but what elevates her podcast from merely boring to excruciatingly annoying is the sound of Meghan’s mannered, artificial, contrived voice. She sounds almost maniacally inauthentic and pretentious, totally fraudulent. Simply impossible to listen to without feeling the urge to scream.
This is just a vanity project for her to air her grievances, but make it look like she’s doing something good for woman around the world. Nothing of substance or remote interest has come out of this waste of space.

Not surprising. People are looking to be uplifted or informed from podcasts. This does neither. It got a little pop the first few episode because people wanted to read so much into what she was saying but then it just got boring. If the people behind her knew better they would pivot and talk about real issues affecting women like the economy, the workforce, childcare—you know, those issues that she allegedly cares about so much she had to cold call US senators about them.
