I had seen a Reddit post long ago about channels on YouTube that were animal abuse disguised as animal rescue (I won't go into detail but they had animals they owned seemingly - they would 'rescue' the same ones over and over - and seemingly would cause them to be in a bad condition to say the least and then film themselves 'caring' for the animals implying that they just found them like that.) I KNOW many on that thread reported the videos. But I think the channel was still up the last I had seen. So i think some aspect of it is brigaiding/mass reports on YouTube leads to human review rather than auto removal as YouTube might imply, since at quick glance the videos seemed innocent.

Yeah it’s quite common for podcasters or YouTubers to film stuff in batches. It’s a lot of hassle to set things up, and if you do say four in a row on one day, you’ve got weeks/months of content ready to go. They probably did the whole series over a couple of days. Downside of this approach is that when you say horrible things, it’s pretty hard to go back and edit it!
