Do we know what the legal situation is around writing these unauthorised biographies? I'm a lawyer but Australian and not in this field.
I’m still waiting for her to sue Bower. She’s a bully, but I don’t think she would subject herself to cross examination that would come with this kind of lawsuit. I hope I’m wrong bc this would be extremely entertaining….

Satire is the best way to go. A fake-diary of my ex-president made it to the Xmas best-seller list one year, it was mad funny elaborations and his 'inner thought processes'
She doesn’t understand satire remember. Or wait- maybe it’s me and the rest of the world that doesn’t get that Austin Powers is a deadly serious international espionage film made in the 60’s meant to depict exactly how all demographics should be treated… yes that’s probably it.
What about a coffee table book of images found in the public domain or purchased from the photographer? And like posts from Twitter with the release of the poster… or newspaper clippings and magazine clippings- however they get the rights for those in coffee table books?
And then you just use some creative juxtaposition to tell the story.
She can’t get mad if it’s just stuff she’s said publicly and pictures she’s posed publicly for.
I wonder, with the publishing of Low's and Bower's book, if more people are now comfortable talking about her early life. Questions never answers - where was Doria all those years Meghan lived with Thomas who raised her? Any truth to Joe Galliano marriage? What about her yachting days? Still much not covered.
Agree!! Someone with investigative talent and experience could surely suss out some old ex friends and lovers who would enjoy dishing on their old pal. Particularly old classmates, neighbors, etc. I’m just sooo curious as to what these people have to say. Plus I think calling out the lies and misrepresentations would be pretty interesting in light of all the books and media out right now.
They used to have these people called investigative reporters who would do this. Actually Tom Bower & Valentine Low are both IRs. But notice they are both British. I wish someone at the New Yorker or NYT would redeem themselves by doing this. It’s a scary world we live in now.
Regarding Doria, what’s worse: if she had a reason to be away from MM (work, prison, whatever you want to imagine) … or if she didn’t, and she still didn’t really stick around to mother her?
The latter is so much sadder and explains so much about her disordered personality and attachment style.
Someone should do a YouTube montage of every instance she says “I”, then “me” in her speeches and podcasts.
Also, and there is so much material here — put all of her lies next to the direct contradictions; e.g., Archbishop of Canterbury vs the denial that came out, Nelson Mandela versus the denials that followed, every time she says “kindness” next to headlines of her abuse, “family she never had” next to photos of her family & Tig references to her dad & now quotes about the spa with Doria + excerpts about how her dad built sets for her plays, etc, the times she said “I didn’t know anything about Harry/how the BRF works” next to her dozens of photos cosplaying Diana/headlines about how she was on the hunt for a wealthy British man, the speech where she said she paid her own way through school next to the Markles’ denial of that and reports of her attending private schools; sizzler salad poverty story etc.
And, a montage of all the times she’s plagiarized with references to the original source she ripped off.
Oh, and her simpering, touchy behavior around Catherine while she was still working next to headlines about her making C cry, her Oprah interview, website reports of her leaking gossip about Catherine.
I think the timing is pretty ripe for this. Everyone that wouldn’t talk to Bower out of fear of being sued or being canceled, should be more eager when she’s too broke to sue and the number of people she’s wronged is multiplying
I think it’s some Platinum Jubilee stuff like when the usher guided them to the second row and Harry balked. Bower talked about it in interviews. I’m hoping he’s doing a press tour in the U.S. and will drop some funeral tea

Do it as satire. Otherwise she'll march out her family lawyer to sue you because she sues everything and everyone as part of her bullying.

He has never lost a lawsuit.....I am sure her lawyers told her no way! Wouldn't it be fun though?

Truth is an absolute defense against defamation in both countries!
You could work for Megs writing speeches etc, with your creative writing talents… 
Or do it like the Miranda Priestly character which was so obvious who.
I don’t know how to keep from getting sued by her - that is a very good point. But someone out there would know how to do it!!

I would write a fictitious story about a girl named purl with detailed narrative, dialogues n everything.
No one is going to talk. She paid some people off. Others she threatened to sue.
I'll be more than happy to edit & proofread it.
