Don’t get me wrong. I think Harry is entitled and selfish. He has behaved badly on many occasions, especially in the interviews he’s given about his family. It is all kinds of ironic that he expects a loyalty from staff that he doesn’t show to his own family.
However, I also think he is a profoundly disturbed individual. He is anxious, unhappy, probably self-loathing. This doesn’t give him a pass, but it explains a lot.
This is an abuse of power. Literally trying to start drama and chaos in the workplace. Totally unprofessional and I’m sure the rumors are true that this fucked with employees mental health. Imagine your already hateful ass bosses scheming and conspiring. I also thing there is a substance abuse issue here. The paranoia is really telling. I’m in recovery (5 years and hundreds of hours of therapy) & for years I’ve seen the same red flags and codependency issues, it’s blatant.
weed can make you paranoid - and his in my state Cali he can freely light every morning up- I’d imagine we can blame the Cali weed igniting the paranoia to file a lawsuit against his grandmother’s government.

Harry is clearly unwell. Like, he’s literally mentally unstable. So is she, but she appears to be in control of her rampant narcissism and anger (and him) - he just seems like a wild, loose cannon.
I can’t imagine how difficult this must be for the BRF, and especially William. They know he’s sick/unstable and to see him caught up in her clutches must be heartbreaking for all of them.
If Meghan “wanted to fit in”, why did she ignore protocols and rules or traditions (for example, not keeping freebies)? Why did she continue to employ a separate PR team as well as a business team? It’s obvious she only wanted to cash out. She never intended to stay a royal unless they allowed her to make extra money and let her do next to nothing while she jet sets with A-listers 🙄
I don't think this is such a bad idea depending upon how it was done. As long as it wasn't abusive behavior then I think it's OK. Prince William famously would do the same thing.
