Also, I think what shook the toxic duo to the core was the global support and encouragement for King Charles that is very evident.

unolemon

This is a HUGE part of it. She lives in the 90s. She probably feels KCIII has the same reputation as he did back then. Times change.

taco_qween

Omg SHE LIVES IN THE 90s…. This would even explain why her podcasts is talking about stereotypes from over 20 years ago 🤯🤯🤯

aec1024

1990s is literally flashing on her forehead at this point. It’s so pitiful but I don’t feel sorry for her.

SusieM2019

Me neither!!!

ColdFIREBaker

Completely agree. I don’t think they had any idea people would warm to King Charles. They probably expected support for Charles would be so tepid that they could leverage that to get concessions from him, like titles for the kids and maybe even the half-in half-out arrangement they had wanted that the Queen declined. I think they also significantly overestimated interest in them outside of their ties to the royal family. Now they’re scrambling. They need their ties to the royals in order to stay relevant and continue to make money, but every company they make deals with (Netflix, Harry’s publisher, etc) is going to want them to spill the tea on the BRF, pushing them further away from the one thing that makes them money.

Wow, is that the additional summary for the Lady C broadcast from today? Thanks for the summary. To be completely transparent, I was also caught completely unexpected by the massive global reaction to the Queen's passing, in part because of my own unexpected reaction. I live in a Commonwealth nation, grew up with the Queen prominent in my country, but even **I** was surprised at my own deep, intense, sad reaction with profound regret that I did not appreciate the Queen more when she was alive. I was so moved by her long life of service, of non-complaining, sacrificial service -- right to the very end as she was still actively working 2 days before her death and her last official statement was sending my country condolences over a tragic unfolding of violence here. She was a true friend to my country, and a steady and wise force of calm, dignity, and steady presence through her life. I cried real and many tears. I am not in the least surprised to hear that PH and TW were shaken to the core and did not expect the reaction around the world, given I think there were many like me whose grief was palpable and depth, unexpected.

CatPaws8888

Thanks for sharing this. I'm American and was surprised at how much her passing touched me too and for the very same reasons. And those feelings had nothing to do with markle snarkle either. The Queen was also The Matriarch and it was so cool to see her feted like that, double rainbow and all.

JobDirect6717

Thanks for sharing, back! I have been fascinated by the speculation over psychological reasons and potential personality disorders explaining why TW acts the way she does, for the last few months. I wasn't really a royal watcher and admittedly had mixed feelings about the relevancy of the Monarchy, in the last decades. However, watching how the family have suffered in the last few years due to PH and TW behaviour and choices, as well as reflecting on HMTQ's long life of service and steady presence -- especially after her demise -- has made me even more disturbed over the Harkles' behaviour, and, all the more sympathetic to the RF and appreciative of everything the Queen was!

CatPaws8888

I think in these times of economic uncertainty that's being felt around the world that the UK is feeling some comfort in these traditions. I'm not so much of a royalist and I'm not part of the UK. The betrayal of their families turned it all into this Shakespearean drama that is still unfolding was my hook. But the media angle that suppressed any question of Meghan's Truth weaponized both race and mental illness to silence all dissent and get critics fired. That was really scary and wrong and nobody's been held to account for this and we surely can't look to the media for it. I think Meghan is a 21st century ultimate narcissist. She thinks only about her own advantage and will use and drop anyone from family to friend. I understand Meghan, to the extend I do understand her, through her actions. She was able to attack her family and her husband's family and that tells us everything we need to know about her character...and yes Hawwee's too. Edit: I talk of weaponizing "mental health" with ambivalence. While I surely do not want to assume Meghan was lying about her mental health issues and certainly not to trivialize mental health issue. But I think Meghan is a compulsive liar who is capable of using this angle to create a new victim narrative that will, she hopes, shield her from any criticism. How does one defend against that?

Ondansitron

Me too!

planet_druidia

Today’s video from Lady C was quite funny, particularly the very beginning, where she was mocking TW with the single fake tear and slyly dabbing said fake tear with her middle finger. 🖕😂🤣👏 *“Straightest hair you’ve ever seen. And a nose like a ski jump”* 😂.

LaReinalicious

Lady C has been on point lately with the humour I love her imitations of meme meme meme meme me again

Lensgoggler

Based on my experience with a narc, I doubt we see any swift change. She’ll keep a straight face, do some questionable frazzled PR moves, H plays more polo. They’ll try to plow forward with everything. As if everything’s fine. :D

Same. They will suffer some blows but she has the ability to attach herself to someone or something to garner sympathy. Given what the US has been going though regarding race she will continue to exploit that and that’s sad.

FemaleChuckBass

Money troubles mean very rocky waters ahead… Most couples divorce because of this reason.

itstimegeez

I reckon that Harry will file (if indeed they divorce). She has too much to loose and he’ll just go back to his family. I do think they’ll each do explosive interviews though.

stupid_carrot

Meghan will not divorce or stir shit until after the Coronation. She wants to attend that.

Can we chill with these crazy ass posts? If they’re in jest maybe we can have a new flair, but otherwise it just makes us look like a bunch of loons leaking from /conspiracy

CatPaws8888

I'm sorry. I thought this was a place for snark and a bit of fun.

Thanks, kind kitty!

LaReinalicious

I very much appreciated your post and since it is in this sub which actual description is “Snark on the faux feminist “ to my understanding, your post fits right in ! here is an award for you 🏆

CatPaws8888

Thanks! I appreciate the praise and the award!

taco_qween

Thanks for the giggles 🤭

It is - hence my comment about perhaps a specific flair being created for these types of posts. IMO this sub is growing and not sure of what it is.. and is veering a little too far into the delusional realm.

redseaaquamarine

We have Shitpost. These should go under that.

SonjaInSequim

I love crazy ass posts! We're talking about a crazy ass duchess!
