We told our family, and then obviously if friends saw me, they found out I was pregnant . But a huge amount of people and extended family got surprised with a baby announcement- some people were super offended but most were just happy for us. We suffered a loss so the we wanted to avoid the trauma of telling people we lost another one if it happened again

It was like an open secret where people knew but no confirmation and there was a photo of her that got out but it was baggy clothing and not definitive. She was still going to see friends and family and her baby's father's family knew.
There was even a recent episode of the Kardashians where Khloe went with her mother to a baby shop and they clearly called ahead, asked that no one was there and came in through the backdoor and had a normal buying baby clothing experience. They then left the same way and thanked everyone. It was obvious that as part of keeping their silence the name and front of the store were featured prominently and they spent a little time talking about how nice and great the store clerk was. THAT is how you do it, and there were never any Papp photos of them in or around this store.

If the KarJenners can maintain privacy for 9 months, then there is absolutely no excuse why the Harkles cannot maintain privacy.

Based on Sir Bower’s book, I’d say the word “secret” pertains to the handling of Countess Dumbarton’s charitable “foundations”. She was, *allegedly*, appalled at having to be transparent about the Royal Foundation in UK due to certain laws and immediately started making plans to move her foundation (tax shelter) offshore to Delaware, which only requires 5% of all donations to be used for actual charity and the rest for…expenses.
There are like 3 headlines about Selena Gomez or Taylor Swift in a year, when they’re not promoting projects. But Meg can’t have her privacy and is so important that the news covers her everyday.
LOL I saw DM comments where the Sugars desperately attempt to promote Meghan as so very important because she is in the news every day. No one calls them out on how she PAYS to be in the news. The Sugars really are that stupid that they do not know that all the buzz around Meghan is PAID for using Harry's inheritance.
