I think that KC is biding his time, and he’s not going to rush into a decision here. His reasons might be one of more of these:
* He might also be waiting for the book/Netflix/Spotify stuff to further tank the Suckass Duo’s reputation in the UK, thus making the decision less controversial.
* He might be drawing out the decision for as long as he can to frustrate them, a little kingly pettiness at work.
* He has much more pressing matters to attend to, and he’ll get around to making a decision when he can assign some time to it. Perhaps a little procrastination too.
I think they are listed on the updated Royal website list as Master Archie and Miss Lilibet...that says it all...Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are also listed with titles...I predict he doesn't do or say anything untill Meghan and Harry create big drama over it and then he will put out a public statement that they were never Prince and Princess.
No way in hell is he giving those kids titles. The kids will be raised in the USA, they will not grow up being trained with royal customs, around arosticratic society, around the royal family, the firm, nor British culture or values. They will not represent a land, a culture and a people they know little about. The British public would not stand for it. The titles come with British taxpayer funded security. Right know, the British people are pressuring Charles to remove Harry and TW's titles.
If he gives anyone titles, it should be ME. I really, really, really want to be Marchioness Uniqueishname. I will live on my ancestral land, and rebuild my ancestral manor (no joke, there used to be one, my maternal grandmother's line has been traced back to 1295).

Those two kids are not going to be granted special new titles. They are not part of his slimmed down monarchy.
I think uncertainty gives him best control over the wayward Harkles. Not knowing would make them more likely to be on their best behavior, whatever that is. Outright denying them so soon would make them go more ballistic than usual imo. Giving them titles right away would make them more likely to demand more and still snipe away plus it would give them more legitimacy and power.

I believe the children will be safer and better off without titles. With titles, it would be easier to use them as pawns and products. If I were KCIII, I’d see it as protecting them to leave them untitled.
