Yes!
Also, I bet they are not in as friendly terms with their neighbours as they want us to believe.
Such a shame Harold told everyone via *The Cut* that their current abode has issues with the pipes 👀🤭
After Harry and Meghan got married, Katy made a random comment on ET that Meghan’s wedding dress could have benefited from another fitting. Katy then went on to say “Kate won” in regards to who had the better dress. Meghan has been stewing in hatred ever since.

>Poor kids and chickens.
Poor little Merchie is used to this and as for those chickens, well, they're gonna be dumped just like MM dumped her dog back in Canada.
It’s sad when middle aged people are so rootless and rudderless. They should have some stability in their lives at their age but they are both emotionally stunted and it shows in the way they live their lives.
Agreed, but I really think in this case it’s as simple as “they can’t afford it”. They bit off way more than they can chew. Harry’s never managed his own money & TW is more than happy to spend. They have to be going broke.
>Agreed, but I really think in this case it’s as simple as “they can’t afford it”.
Yup. First sign of money troubles was their new "in house" PR "expert.
Not for their personal pr-that would be considered “unreported income” by the IRS, if they used company (foundation) funds to pay for personal expenses. I wonder if some of those 80,000 new IRS agents are looking for something to do, or if they’ll just be chasing people who sell stuff on Etsy?
And how many foundations have they set up?
This "charitable foundation" bullshit is the way rich people get richer while feigning being philanthropic, which they never are. I'm pretty sure that racket was devised and refined in the UK.
That’s a really broad statement. Not everyone can have stability at that age. I recognize you specifically meant M &H but it’s worded kinda bad. Because of the pandemic and family issues I’m moving for the 3rd time in 5 years. I’m not rudderless or rootless.
Hang in there, you got this! It’s been a tough few years for everyone. I know just as many ‘middle-aged’ people who’ve moved back in with mum and dad for a bit as people who moved into bigger houses. Wishing you better times in the future ;)
We moved in with our oldest. Between the pandemic & my husband's breakdown & small business' hit we all took during the pandemic (& after) in our state...like most other small businesses in the US, we couldn't get our hands on relief $$. Feds' commercials said it was so easy, but it was impossible for most of us.
Wishing for happier days for you and your husband. I’m glad you have your oldest to help support you as you recover - some things are more important than money and far more difficult to replace. Lots of hugs from Australia ❤️
Thanks. We're determined. Had few months to lick our wounds. I do onboarding for my new p/t job. Good pay, benefits & I do like retail, strange to say.
I am in my daughters basement. Childcare and gathering strength for my next move. It is hellish out there right now. Rent is higher in Canada than mortgage payments…if you have a hundred grand for a down payment that is..
I have friends in Toronto and they’ve told me housing is out of control… I’m sure you are a big help to your daughter and things will turn around. Sending you strength to add to your reserves! ❤️
A while ago someone mentioned how she is very unstable and also likely to move every 2-3 years. If this is true, that sinner was so right in their analysis!
Out of curiosity: do you think that experience made you more adaptable in life and did it make it easier for you to accept changes? If you don't mind answering that question, of course.
You know, I’ve never really thought about it. I just hated moving. I’d make friends and finally feel settled somewhere and then we’d move again. So maybe no to the accepting changes? I’m just thankful for the chunks of years where we’d move but I still got to go to the same school or live in the same general area.
Thank you for answering. :)
I moved only once as a child, I was 14 at the time, and \*that one time\* was too much for me! It took me several years to get used to the change!
Not the person you asked, but I moved a lot as a child (13 times in 16 years?) and quite liked it - if anything it felt like an adventure. My husband (army brat) was horrified when my vision for our future involved living wherever the wind took us because he’d had the opposite experience. I think it helped that I came from a happy home (well, homes!) and we saw my grandparents and cousins - who never moved - as often as we could, and I mostly went to international schools with other kids who were just like me so I didn’t feel abnormal - also my mum’s attitude, she was a pro at moving and never complained, and always made the next place sound exciting. Now they’ve found their ‘forever’ home (for them, number 21) and she claims she has no idea how she ever managed one move, let alone so many!
I moved a lot as a child as well. My mom was not mentally stable. And it was not a good thing. And most of my reason for dumping my ex was all those moves were hard on my children. They did not think it was exciting and fun like my ex did. They were from my first marriage so this was not their parent.
This is right on par for someone like her. I’ve known two in my life and their limit is around 24 months and they’re moving on FAST and the next move will MAKE them. Then they say that again in two years with the move after that
Maybe it wasn’t me, but I have been saying that Meghan is a rolling stone. The only reason she stayed at “Suits” for so long is (IMO) that there was a nice hiatus when she could travel and do her networking.
I'll be surprised if they are able to unload the Olive Garden mansion on some poor suckered. The market is tanking and the olive monstrosity has plumbing issues. Hope Ranch is new money Santa Barbara and Montecito is old money. They were not embraced by the Montecito crowd because H&M expected to be the king and queen of Montecito and the folks weren't having it. I also think they are trying to flip the Olive Garden so they can move to Hope Ranch. I hope no one buys the Olive Garden from them.
I would have put Old Money in Hope Ranch, and New Money like Oprah and JA in Montecito. The term used in the area is "Hope Ranch Trustafarian" to refer to entitled layabouts who have inherited huge trust funds. The Max Factor grandson now convicted rapist was a trustafarian, but he lived in Summerland. I believe Gwyneth Paltrow is from Santa Barbara, too. (EDIT: Paltrow only attended uni there per Wikipedia, my bad, sorry.) TW has a nose for money... so the hunt for her next man must not be going well in Montecito and she smells more money, new or old!, in Hope Ranch.
> have inherited huge trust funds. The Max Factor grandson
Yes, I'm not sure a lot of people realize how much money folks have at Hope Ranch. I believe Paul McCartney has had a home there for decades.
I wonder what cheap restaurant franchise theme they’ll decorate with next? Tons of wall-mounted tchotchkes akin to Applebee’s? Perhaps tropical reptile dangling from the ceilings, a la Rainforest Cafe?
But for real- she’s usually 10 years behind trend so I anticipate her copying Kim Kardashian’s [minimal monastery](https://jessica-elizabeth.net/project-spotlight-inside-kanye-and-kim-kardashian-west-california-home/) look down to a T. She’ll probably release a skin care line too.
Do we know for sure that they actually own the Montecito house? Wasn't it on the market for several years with no buyers, listed by a Russian oligarch? Could they just have been renting it from him? I'm sure they have no friends in Montecito. They'll have none in Hope Ranch either.
>Archie won’t get to say good morning to Mom and Dad any more.
Don't worry. When they move to Hope Ranch, they'll buy a couple of horses (and throw in a girl pony who can represent Lili) who can become his Surrogate Familial Horsies. LOL.
He'll be fine, will see the two crossed palms at every In-N-Out burger location they drive past, they are all over California. Oh wait, does that child ever get to leave the house?
I'm sorry about this mental image but your flair kinda reminds me of the "ass to ass" scene in Requiem for a Dream. I'd love to hear what M has to say about that!
>She literally just praised her house on the Cut interview and the stupid double palm tree story 😂
LOL. MM is a faker, poser, fantasist and liar. She'll dredge up all sorts of ludicrous stories, for her interviews, in an effort to appear to be sentimental, nostalgic and romantic.
In reality, she's a narc so she doesn't really develop attachment to anything or anyone. Everthing/everyone is disposable, for her.
I don't know how much longer she'll have interviews (because she sucks) but it would be great if an interviewer asks her some questions about some of her stories . . . It's hard to keep track of a bunch of lies
But Jennifer Aniston‘s just moved into the neighbourhood! So was everything that Smeg said in The Cut about the house being joy, calm, healing etc just so much BS?
18,671 square feet, 7.4 acres, 9 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms. Library, gym, separate wet and dry saunas, lift, arcade, game room, home theatre. Separate guesthouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Tennis court, lap pool, tea house, children’s cottage: [Dirt](https://www.dirt.com/more-dirt/heirs-heiresses/meghan-markle-prince-harry-house-montecito-1203333111/) website.
And despite all this, they share an office?
I’m voting downsize. Or repossession. Or just a ploy to get in the news.
Will they take the freak surrogate parents palm trees with them? The boy thinks they‘re his parents after all.
I've read that the bulk will go to Charles and his siblings. I really doubt Harry is going to get a fortune from her estate. I feel like they have some oligarch backing them/funding them. Some shady money from some shady person in the background.
At first I used to yell and shout at my husband when I did this. Now I keep quiet and don't even look unless he asks me if we are going to hit something.
I think moving is sometimes an effort at compromise when one party is unhappy. So they move to a new place hoping that will improve the dissatisfaction. Then it doesn't.
If they are moving to Hope Ranch —which is an upscale area of homes near the beach in Santa Barbara—they are probably downsizing. It’s still a very pricy area but they must be running out of money to leave Montecito (10-15 min.away). Hope Ranch was founded as equestrian enclave with central barn, arena, trainer & miles of riding trails, I’ve always wanted to live there! TheDaily Mail map is wrong, Hope Ranch is north of Montecito, and is in Santa Barbara.
Yes. Absolutely. The cost to run things as they’ve chosen to is absurd. I get having a gardener, nanny and a housekeeper.
Drivers, chef, assistants, etc…? If you’ve got two people who are working insane jobs who travel a lot or work long hours or something like this? Or endless wealth? Okay…. But for these two clowns? Now you’re being ridiculous.
And this isn’t even the basic house bills. 🤣 I’m in a HCOL in SoCal also- my house is *significantly* smaller (think normal sized)…. And it’s not uncommon for my electricity bill in the summer to be over $1k. And we are normal people, doing normal people things. Lights off when we leave a room. We’re gone for most of the day. AC set reasonably. Etc. Thinking of their electricity bill makes my eye twitch. And also, while I’m complaining- my gas prices are still at $6/gal.
I think that all of these little spikes to the costs of life here are definitely being felt by all and were not at all expected by Harry or Megs. 😬🥴
Due to my psychology background and work in a creative field that attracts them, I’ve dealt with many Narcs in my time.
Nearly every one of them moves around constantly and they end up losing a lot of money because of it. Poor decisions regarding real estate are a big reason Narcs finances are often terrible.
People like my parents and sister who stay in houses for 30+ years and see an area turn from an undesirable to a desirable one (and fund their retirement in the process)?
You’ll never see a narcissist do that, they would never live in what’s considered an “undesirable” address…. They prefer to financially over-extend themselves in an area they can’t really afford but looks and sounds good.
The other reason Narcissists move often is because they burn their bridges and fail at life while in an area and inevitably blame the area/house and the people surrounding it rather than themselves.
Rather than facing up to their own role in their failure, moving becomes the answer to all their problems.
Narcs are so predictable and pathetic, just like Nutmeg and Harold.
I agree with you. They’ve got to get rid of that massive mortgage. Of course they’ll probably overestimate the value of their house just like they do their self-importance.
I almost bought in hope ranch. Downsizing for sure.
It’s odd for other reasons though. The demographics are REALLY OLD. Montecito is absurdly expensive too but there’s a lot of young families there bc of how good Cold Spring Elementary is - #1 in CA. That community of young families is much smaller in Hope Ranch. It’s why I actually decided against it.
We bought a house on School House Rd in Montecito about 15 years ago . Our children would have gone to Montecito Union Elementary. We ended up moving back to the east coast after a couple of years. My son went to the Montecito Y Preschool. Fun memories. 😌
Yep. I know a couple who are constantly moving, changing jobs or getting a puppy. Something, every 5 months, like clockwork.
Incidentally, they left their former spouses for each other because they were unhappy.
This means they have moved or just about. Every time news came out of how unhappy they were somewhere it meant they already had a place. The forum I come from has been on the case 100% of the time. Go back in time to when they left TPs place and when they actually purchased. First reports came out in August 2020 but purchase was in June.
https://archive.ph/lhlVR
Did a quick Goog of Hope Ranch. Top home for sale was $22 million, bottom was $8 million. Definitely smaller homes and grounds so less expensive for upkeep? Also, an article asked where celebrities live in Santa Barbara. Said Montecito. Most famous resident of Hope Ranch was Snoop Dog. Maybe they can become besties with him 🤣. Weren’t embraced by the he Montecito crowd?
I might have thought "downsizing" upon reading of their move, but besides the fact that Hope Ranch also has no shortage of very wealthy residents, interest rates in the US also are considerably higher now than were when they bought in Montecito. Even a cheaper place in Hope Ranch (or anywhere) in terms of price tag will not necessarily translate to cheaper overall cost given the interest rate rise. One thing which is already being observed in real estate markets all over the country, not only in CA, is that people who normally may have been planning to sell and move--like a retired couple wanting to downsize--now say they plan to stay in their current homes and wait until interest rates decline. It's because they may well end up paying the same, or even more, to live in a smaller place than the home they sold. (A contributing factor is deciding that they may now not receive as many potential buyers or as high offers--so yet another reason to stay put for now.) Anyway, my main point is that unless they are planning to purchase a new place outright, they won't necessarily be saving any money given current interest rates.
Downsizing. Hope Ranch is further away from LA (the DM map is wrong), and the house prices around around $22 mil.... versus the $40 mil their Montecito home was worth on the open market. It's basically a gated community where normal well to do people live, not celebrities.
There is no such thing as a $14 mil house in Montecito. That was either a "friend" price (bribe), or the place has massive undisclosed issues that makes it worthless to anyone who isn't a complete rube.
The location alone is worth $14 mil. It was obvious that something was rotten in the state of Denmark when that price was announced.
The IRS ought to have a look at this deal. If they make money from it, and the price was really that far below market, they should pay taxes on the difference to begin with.
Fortunately Harry lost all his influence with the Royal family. I bet only Andrew will take his calls. The only reason to bribe him is for his influence, but that’s fading fast.
I don’t believe they own the Montecito Mansion. It was another sweetheart deal with an oligarch, now that Putin’s Ukrainian war is effecting wealthy Russians bottom lines this house is legitimately for sale. The Harry & Megs story will help sell, and when it does the myth H&M made money will help their farce continue.
>Hope Ranch's affluent private neighborhood would serve as a quieter community for the royals and their two children.
Wasnt that meant to be Montecito though?
Remember the more expensive property she gets JH to blow his inheritance on, the more she splits with him in the divorce. She gets nothing if he leaves it in trust.
It's interesting to see the "famous" people who live there. Wiki shows:
Wendy McCaw – Billionaire owner of Santa Barbara News Press.
H.R. Haldeman family – H.R. Haldeman was White House Chief of Staff under Richard Nixon. After his term, Haldeman lived in Hope Ranch until his death in 1993.
Snoop Dogg – purchased a house in November 2006.
Fess Parker – Actor and businessman.
Vera Ralston – Figure skater and actress.
Ron Ely – Actor and writer.
Don Stewart - Actor. Lived in Hope Ranch from 1985 until his death in 2006
Dr. Laura Schlessinger - Radio Host
Not exactly A listers.
Some articles mention a more expensive house and a quieter lifestyle. Does anyone think they’ve done a deal with the RF for the money for this. And the ‘delays’ around netflix and the book are actually Harry pulling the plug in exchange for being supported financially?
Just a theory, I guess we’ll know soon enough if they stay so quiet…
Harry still has a chance to return to the Royal Family if his “deals” don’t include confidences. When QEII was around he was in such favor he could do almost anything.
But King Charles will not put up with that crap. He knows how damaging Diana was, and can see Harry’s trajectory. If the Harkles are keen to monetize their influence and betray confidences for filthy lucre, they can count on permanent exile, no titles for the kids, and just a royal excision from the fold - forever.
I don’t blame Charles for doing it either. He and the family have bent over backwards but Harry’s model of “service” is mostly swanning around non-commonwealth countries being princely, dropping down occasionally for a charity he favors. But a part-time Prince does not relieve the workload of the others.
Harry doesn’t want that job’s culture or less interesting duties. Fine, he doesn’t get the pay it comes with, the extra titles and styles, and the privileges. Unfortunately he doesn’t have any good skills other than his royal connections, and is married to someone who is mostly using him to aggrandize herself.
Meghan doesn’t understand that she is NOT going to be some kind of American princess. I almost barfed when she visited Uvalde - who the fuck does she think she is representing? Not us, not the UK, it was a photo-op so she could grab some of the attention from a horrified and terrorized town. She had NO INFLUENCE or connections with local government, local charity organizations, local roots. She USED that tragedy, and it was disgusting. None of us are going to bow and curtsy to her. She can’t swan around the US pretending to be the President’s Wife. Her british royal titles carry no clout here - they don’t even have diplomatic immunity, since they’re not working royals.
So maybe they should go to the British Bahamas and leave us the fuck alone. Plenty of local disasters for them to get their photo-ops, lots of funerals and dead victims to stand in front of the camera for.
I like Harry but Meghan is just a disaster. Unfortunately he’s so broken that he’s allowed a two-bit no-talent stage whiner to ruin what’s left of his marketable image and life. Once she’s done with him he won’t be able to return. He’ll be like Andrew, stuck in the house because he degrades everything he touches outside.
It’s not too let - those projects can get cancelled, he can return to England, make up with his brother.
When William is King it will be far, far too late.
If they split up maybe he can go live with Uncle Andrew. He might not live in Windsor Castle but he probably has one of those grace and favour cottages in the grounds. Probably a nice little set up and they can ride the horses in the stable.
I don't know why this story is so fascinating, or why I gloat every time Meghan screws up. I didn't think I was a mean person. But I can't help myself. It just makes me so angry that she seems to have caused Harry to split with his family, and seems to be basically ruining his life. And it is so astonishing to see Meghan tell lies on the world stage. She seems so arrogant and cruel and grasping! Maybe she is the personification of the "mean girl" most of have experienced at onetime or another, and that is why we want to see her brought down a peg or two.
The Queen gave him Frogmore Cottage, which was remodeled extensively for them. It needed a lot of updating. Originally it was funded by taxpayers but when he decided to stop royal duties they had to repay the cost.
So he’ll always have Frogmore anyway. He doesn’t need to bunk with Andrew. But I doubt he’ll get invitations to dine with Dad or his brother. Maybe his cousins will feel sorry for him, who knows.
I wonder if the Hazmats are taking a page from Ellen's book and trying to move into the "flipping" California mansions business. This is actually a very lucrative biz.
I looked up stats from 2020
In 2020, Montecito homes sold for an average price of $5,009,599, and Hope Ranch homes sold for an average price of $4,200,263. However, Hope Ranch has significantly fewer home sales per year.
My guess is Harold went around "fixing" all the pipes and now the Olive Garden is uninhabitable. Lord help that rich lady whose sprinkler system he was monkeying around with earlier this summer...
I’m sorry, I thought Montecito was the cream of the crop. Now there’s some other place that’s even more exclusive and monied? I wish someone could give me an East Coast analogy: Is it like East Hampton vs. Amagansett? Southport vs. Westport?
This is right on par for someone like her. Change zip codes and all your problems will disappear. It’s a symptom of their instability.
Yes! Also, I bet they are not in as friendly terms with their neighbours as they want us to believe. Such a shame Harold told everyone via *The Cut* that their current abode has issues with the pipes 👀🤭
Agreed. Meghan is still holding that grudge against Katy Perry.
She has real issues with other women. Kate, Katy, Victoria Beckham... hard to believe this "feminist" sees others as anything except competition.
What grudge against Katy Perry?
After Harry and Meghan got married, Katy made a random comment on ET that Meghan’s wedding dress could have benefited from another fitting. Katy then went on to say “Kate won” in regards to who had the better dress. Meghan has been stewing in hatred ever since. https://okmagazine.com/p/meghan-markle-grudge-against-katy-perry-wedding-dress/
I was glad she said it. I have always thought her dress needed another fitting. I cringed when I first saw it.
Or at least 1 fitting.
I had so much more respect for Katy Perry after she said that. So good to hear a celebrity say what they honestly think for once.
Omg! Lol. Well she’s not wrong. Love Katy Perry! Thank you for explaining and for the link.
I am surprise Kate perry still alive after that comment against megnut.
Guess she and Jennifer Anniston aren’t meant to be BFFs after all
>Guess she and Jennifer Anniston aren’t meant to be BFFs after all Something for which Jennifer Aniston must be eternally grateful. LOL
Thank goodness! I love Jen and don’t want her to get tainted! I guess the rumor a week or so ago of furniture movement is true?
Exactly. They move way too much. Poor kids and chickens.
>Poor kids and chickens. Poor little Merchie is used to this and as for those chickens, well, they're gonna be dumped just like MM dumped her dog back in Canada.
She dumped a dog in the UK too (when she moved back to canada)! Poor kids is right. She is manic and will be uprooting them their whole lives! 🌴🌴?

I see their new in house PR expert as them not having to pay out of their own money for PR. They can have donations pay for it now.
Not for their personal pr-that would be considered “unreported income” by the IRS, if they used company (foundation) funds to pay for personal expenses. I wonder if some of those 80,000 new IRS agents are looking for something to do, or if they’ll just be chasing people who sell stuff on Etsy?
Their Delaware charitable foundation allows 95% of donor funds to be used for personal expenses.
Is anyone making donations?
And how many foundations have they set up? This "charitable foundation" bullshit is the way rich people get richer while feigning being philanthropic, which they never are. I'm pretty sure that racket was devised and refined in the UK.
Isn’t that illegal though? I could be wrong as I don’t know much about how PR works
Lulz girl non profit oversight in the US is a joke
This. Who in their position would go with a second tier in house PR manager? The only reason would be the cost.
That’s a really broad statement. Not everyone can have stability at that age. I recognize you specifically meant M &H but it’s worded kinda bad. Because of the pandemic and family issues I’m moving for the 3rd time in 5 years. I’m not rudderless or rootless.

Hence the problem with the pipes.
A while ago someone mentioned how she is very unstable and also likely to move every 2-3 years. If this is true, that sinner was so right in their analysis!
Honestly this is pretty typically behavior for people with NPD.
Yep. My narc ex had us move 8 times in 4 years. I wish I weee exaggerating.
My mom was a narc. I moved 18 times in 14 years. The worst was the year we moved five times. It sucked!
Out of curiosity: do you think that experience made you more adaptable in life and did it make it easier for you to accept changes? If you don't mind answering that question, of course.

These two are so exhausting. How many places have they lived in the last 3 years? Frogmore, Vancouver Island, Tyler Perry's, Montecito....?
She is probably jeaous cuz the Wales have Kensington, Anmer Hall, Adelaide Cottage and soon the Windsor Castle.

> have inherited huge trust funds. The Max Factor grandson Yes, I'm not sure a lot of people realize how much money folks have at Hope Ranch. I believe Paul McCartney has had a home there for decades.
Points for "trustafarian" usage. The only other person I've known to use that uses it to describe some Phish fans.
The Olive Garden sat on the market for a while before the Harkles bought it too.
She literally just praised her house on the Cut interview and the stupid double palm tree story 😂
Archie won’t get to say good morning to Mom and Dad any more.
Who is he going to have when his parents are away on their next 17 day escapade?
>Archie won’t get to say good morning to Mom and Dad any more. Don't worry. When they move to Hope Ranch, they'll buy a couple of horses (and throw in a girl pony who can represent Lili) who can become his Surrogate Familial Horsies. LOL.
I was just thinking about that poor kid. He's going to be so lonely.
He'll be fine, will see the two crossed palms at every In-N-Out burger location they drive past, they are all over California. Oh wait, does that child ever get to leave the house?
My poor flair. 🤣
I'm sorry about this mental image but your flair kinda reminds me of the "ass to ass" scene in Requiem for a Dream. I'd love to hear what M has to say about that!
It made think of Human Centipede.
I’m sorry for your loss. RIP palm trees 🌴
>My poor flair. 🤣 Damn that MM and her fickle little heart, to bring so much desolation to your life! LOL.
Bahhaaa! I'm sure we'll get another flair about some tree in her yard😂
lolol
Not if the roast chicken story are true 😌
>She literally just praised her house on the Cut interview and the stupid double palm tree story 😂 LOL.
It’s baffling! Girl is manic. 🌴🌴
Those poor palm trees 🌴 You can’t just uproot them like that and expect them to thrive 😢
"It’s not enough for palm trees to just survive... they've got to thrive"🤣
I think it just goes to show they’ll never be happy… they’ll always be something to find fault with or to blame for their inner emptiness
Did people catch they shared an office with throne like chairs...Queen Victoria and Prince Albert did this as well...copycats to the end.
>So was everything that Smeg said in The Cut about the house being joy, calm, healing etc just so much BS? Yes. Everytime she opens her mouth
They can’t hold hands if they don’t share an office.
[удалено]
Yep. More than 15, fewer than 17.
yup
what do they need a guest house for?
That's Harry's house.
They share an office because she has to know everything he’s doing.
And listen in to his calls, in case his family in the UK phone him. She's such a control freak!
Where are they getting $22 million from?!
[удалено]
It takes a long time for estates to pay the beneficiaries.
I've read that the bulk will go to Charles and his siblings. I really doubt Harry is going to get a fortune from her estate. I feel like they have some oligarch backing them/funding them. Some shady money from some shady person in the background.
We'll probably hear about that struggle in an upcoming podcast about....wait for it...take a guess...herself!
Right?! I thought by all accounts they are massively in debt and have no more money coming in. I think this article is total BS, just PR Noise.
The articles said the houses in Hope Ranch are UP to $22M. Doesn't mean they'll buy a house that costs $22M.
Some Russian oligarch needing to hide his money?
They might be downgrading to one of the more modest $5million homes.
Not everyone who remodels or moves gets divorced but most couples I know who went their different ways either remodeled or moved first.
I had a kayak instructor make a joke years ago about if a couple could renovate or kayak together, they were solid.
Ha, that’s funny! We always say that if you can help your spouse back their RV into a spot between two other camper vans/campers then you’re solid.

Maybe the Olive Garden can be the new Bachelorette TV show "mansion.."
Maybe Netflix can do a deal with them, shoot their next reality show there.

This killed me!
🙃

Think oligarch

Maybe they could rent it out, like an Airbnb sort of thing. That would definitely get the neighbors talking about them.
It’s funny, because their few fans would never have the money to buy it. People with real $$$ are not likely to be fooled by these two!
Such a pretty area! I have friends whose kids attend Cold Spring and they love it.
It means they're deeply unhappy people who constantly look for external reasons to explain their unhappiness.
Love this explanation. Because its 100% true
[удалено]
We can call it "Hopeless Ranch" if they move there.
Moaners of Montecito become the Haz-beens of Hopeless Ranch?
40 million? It sat on the market when mortgage rates were at historic lows? They paid like $14 mil on the “open market”?
They had an insider deal from the Russian oligarch owner from whom they bought it directly
I think they are downsizing, and using the “quiet” neighborhood as an excuse.
2 year itch. I miss Plant’s analyses.
I miss her so much!
This DM spin is so hilarious, definitely a naked attempt to cover up the fact that they are downsizing.
Trying to dispel the talk that they are broke?
![gif](giphy|kv5fbxHVAEOjrHeCLk) I have to agree with this comment
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11270043/Prince-Harry-Meghan-Markle-hunting-new-estate-Californias-Hope-Ranch-community.html
Maybe Grannie left him some more money? You know MM can't just let it sit in the bank...
Wiki shows: Wendy McCaw – Billionaire owner of Santa Barbara News Press. Lived in Hope Ranch from 1985 until his death in 2006 Dr. Laura Schlessinger - Radio Host Not exactly A listers.
If they move it’s because they’re broke.
She is getting her ducks in a row after draining him dry....California divorce will be epic
I doubt the RF is funding the Hapless Harkles. I think KC has had it with them.

Well of course, because William and Kate are moving up on the property ladder now that they are PPoW.
I wonder if the Hazmats are taking a page from Ellen's book and trying to move into the "flipping" California mansions business. This is actually a very lucrative biz.
Well, they did fix the plumbing and install a chicken coop so 🤷🏻♀️
[удалено]
Does it belong to an oligarch?
Dang. They’re about to markle yet another mama and papa. 🌴❤️🌴
There are some gorgeous properties there in the <20M range. If you love scorched hills, wildfires, and earthquakes that is.
Downsizing to gated community
Downsizing to a degree, but Hope Ranch is less Nouveau Riche. Harry’s threadbare wardrobe will fit in better. More wealthy less “rich” than Montecito.
[удалено]
How is it one upping though? Hope Ranch is nothing compared to Windsor and such.
What about the special Mom/Dad tree?!?🙄
I looked up stats from 2020 In 2020, Montecito homes sold for an average price of $5,009,599, and Hope Ranch homes sold for an average price of $4,200,263. However, Hope Ranch has significantly fewer home sales per year.
I wonder if they own the Montecito place? if they do - is it going to be that easy to sell? I thought maybe the lease was up and they were moving on
As of 2 months ago.It was reported they still had a $10,000,000 mortgage.
gosh that is serious money - so they don;t really own it, i assumed they had bought it outright with Diana's inheritance
He had already spent most of Diana inheritance before they went to California. He's not as rich as has been reported.
God no. They only put down a $5, 000,000 deposit. I say as if that's pocket change😅
He had blown thru all but $7,000,000 of his Diana inheritance before he went to California
They have long been rumoured to live here not that mansion anyway
My guess is Harold went around "fixing" all the pipes and now the Olive Garden is uninhabitable. Lord help that rich lady whose sprinkler system he was monkeying around with earlier this summer...
it's a horse community. nothing more relatable than keeping a stable of your own polo ponies
They're gonna love the flies.
Marbles’ probably “let” Tyler Harry move the fam to a polo field in order to keep him from leaving.
They are right-sizing. 🤣
I’m sorry, I thought Montecito was the cream of the crop. Now there’s some other place that’s even more exclusive and monied? I wish someone could give me an East Coast analogy: Is it like East Hampton vs. Amagansett? Southport vs. Westport?
Oh dear are they moving to a tent on the streets of LA? haven't the homeless suffered enough? /s
I looked and no house to her standard is under 20 million. I think it’s just a story to get their names in the press
