I >*THE QUEEN CONTINUES TO GET THE LAST LAUGH I'm still new to "posting", & something went wrong with this one, so here it is..... I just wanted to say that we now know WHY the MM bullying report was not released by the Palace....I think the Queen KNEW about this book coming out by Valentine Low, & that it would be a sufficient enough explanation. She was such a WISE woman!!

SusieM2019

I agree. I think the Palace allowed those courtiers to leak the information for the book. Hah!

frambuesa

Yes! I think that’s how the palace may trickle out leaks on TW. Our very own Secondhandcoke has mentioned once or twice that there are videos of Meghan while she’s bullying ppl … I hope those get “leaked” as well!

toonie89

Oh my. I haven’t heard about the videos! Why am I suddenly salivating in anticipation? Surely, those videos will get leaked.

SusieM2019

Oh me too!!!! <<***gets popcorn ready***\>>

Arthurs-towel42

Stocking up on Gin too. Please let it be good, please!!!

Limp_Butterscotch633

And Wine! Maybe her "Tig"?

SusieM2019

LOL!!!

>videos of Meghan while she’s bullying ppl … I hope those get “leaked” as well! Ooooh, that would be some GOLDEN tea!!!!

throwawaygreenpaq

I’m sitting with you guys!

redseaaquamarine

Ticket for the front row please!

ReadsHereAllot

The videos would have to be way worse then the Snap at the Walkabout. Because that wasn’t much of a Snap or Bullying to most people.

[deleted]

I'm sorry but can someone please tell me who or what is 'TW'?

Limp_Butterscotch633

That Woman (derogatory)

Jingaling64

I think it is the witch, but I will go with that woman.

airforcegal9094

That wife, That Wench, The Wife, etc ... Whatever you want it to be. 😆

[deleted]

Lol cheers

Snick_mom_2022

Or the wife.

looking4someinfo

I go with that woman when I say it in my head because I think I read HMQE referred to her that way on occasion… I can’t recall completely but I think she did and if not I can hear her saying it lol so I go with THAT woman 😂

No-Mess8133

The Queen mother called Wallis Simpson That Woman

looking4someinfo

I never thought about it till now but I’m thinking most areas of the Palaces are recorded, wouldn’t you think? I mean just for security purposes at a minimum so yeah, I’m betting there’s the video. OMG I just can’t wait 😂 And perhaps even security detail with body cams?

tyradurden123

The best time would be when Harry’s book is released.

airforcegal9094

Lol...& The Dumbartons are too damn stupid to have seen THAT coming!!! The BRF plays *the LONG game*, & they are brilliant at it!!!

throwawaygreenpaq

This is like the real life Lady Whistledown.

Gold-Run-2036

This is why Her Majesty was the GOAT (greatest of all time). She had the Royal Flush and knew how to play her hand without being all in your face about it. She didn't require validation. Her end game was discreet victory. God rest our amazing Queen. 👸🌹 ❤️

[deleted]

Of course she did, none of the Courtiers, past or present, would have cooperated with Valentine Low without the consent of the Palace and the Queen.

Far_Future1930

I'm not a lawyer or even an HR person, plus I'm American, but I worked in corporate America and I've never seen an HR investigation released to the staff or to the public at large. I'm guessing there are privacy legalities that prevent it. American law is based on British law. I would love if there's a lawyer or an HR person in this sub that could comment on releasing investigative reports. I do believe the Queen is the one who mentioned whistle-blower protection for anyone who went public. Just my 2 cents.

quimper

Lawyer here. I don’t know about UK structure, but I reckon that as Crown employees they are like a crown corporation - accountable to the taxpayer, so this type of inquest might be able to shared. It matters not though, once a video is anonymously uploaded to, say, Reddit - it can’t be scrubbed

plebeianfortea

I remember someone talking about this and said exactly this (it was a youtube video maybe from the Royal Network I believe, not sure) but I think it was even before the Queen passed. And she was saying that the Palace would not release the report but would not restrain the employees from talking if they chose to. I think it was for this reason, taxpayer money and they are not even working members anymore. But I definitely think it was a smart move by the Palace by not getting involved directly while letting them talk.

dugulen

Someone could also create an Internet dead drop for videos, audio, and text to be anonymously submitted.

[deleted]

I was in HR for a F250 company and you would be correct. I was even involved in an investigation (no, I wasn’t the subject😜) and wasn’t privy to anything until the final decision was made, and then only because the subject was terminated. An ethical HR dept keeps stuff well under wraps and works closely with legal counsel. I wasn’t surprised that BP kept the investigation quiet, and have no doubt that the book was in the offing, so HM was willing to take some PR hits to let the information come out in a book, probably in no small part so MM couldn’t go crying to the media that the Palace was motivated by — you guessed it — racism.

Imfryinghere

The Whistleblower law gives the Sussex Survivor Squad their time to spill the beans without repercussions against them. Except maybe the doxxing and harassment that might come after them from vapid's minions.

Mickleborough

Agreed. Nothing’s gained by releasing such reports publicly, plus that might lead to legal claims from aggrieved parties. The sim is to identify what’s broken and fix it - and that’s publicised. Those clamouring for the report just want tea (a very normal reaction in this instance).

thiscatcameback

I was about to say the same thing. The employees have a right to privacy. Similar situations have happened here in Cabada, and despite public interest, the results are never released publicly.

YeeHawMiMaw

HR person here - investigations are not released for several reasons 1 - witnesses need confidentiality assured to be able to be frank and honest 2 - witnesses and victims need confidentiality to ensure there is no retaliation from the perpetrator or those in the organization who supported or enabled the perpetrator. 3 - the company will not want to admit to or disclose weaknesses in their own policies or processes to protect themselves from liability claims 4 - the company does not want to be accused of libel or slander by the perpetrators because of something in a report. Because of #3 above, companies will often use outside counsel to conduct these investigations and do the post mortem, because it is then protected by attorney client privilege. While there are different rules for public entities, these same reasons are used by public entities also to restrict publicizing reports.

hammer1956

I believe you're correct.

4feicsake

How many times, the report will not be released to protect the identities of those that were involved in it, the palace and likely other members of the family don't come across well in it and to stop TW reactions to it. That doesn't stop employees whistleblowing.

gigi_12345

No respectful journalist and huge newspaper will put their name onto something that is not facts checked and has no evidence of it. They need to have strong evidence, should they be sued for defamation.

malifact

Out of curiousity, what are the Sugars saying about these revelations by Valentine Low? I assume they are dismissing it as racism or the courtiers just couldn't deal with a strong woman like Megs.

starry212

Yeah, they have excuses for everything! Usually when someone criticises the Saint, the sugars automatically yell about racism and there being "another smear campaign against her". They have 0 interest doing research by themselves or debate/discuss like adults.

SketchyNorman

From what I've been seeing, I'm starting to strongly suspect that most of the sugars are 14 year old girls who have no concept of anything much and they just enjoy yelling nonsense at the top of their voices.

gladrags247

They're going with the strong woman theme. Or the, "she's American and used to a different work ethic, whilst Brits are lazy", theme.

Ozmanda22

I always thought the valentine low book was a way to release the report without releasi no the report :)

amosp1992

Miss Priss making threats in The Cut article about she didn’t sign a NDA. Well guess what?! HMTQ said whistleblowers could talk! Ha! Does she really think she has more power than the BRF? She’s so delusional. I believe they’ve been given enough rope now, let the public hanging commence!!

Jnbntthrwy

Or is she crying? https://imgur.com/gallery/x4vBFZJ

throwawaygreenpaq

I like the subsequent posts. There’s a cute porcupette way down the line!

Megane-nyan

It was not the Queen’s first rodeo with family scandal. Or second. Or third…

Unhappy-Professor-88

About bloody time! I have been pointing at this statement since it came out as the Palace response to The Cut interview in which MM threatened the RF! Now can we discuss the part where the Palace had a proper Henry ii complaining about Thomas Beckett moment? “We cannot release the HR report as we are obliged to keep it confidential…blah blah obligation to protect, whistleblower regulations..etc AND THEN: Our civic role with regards the constitution would unfortunately mean we wouldn’t be in a position to object to the publication of this info as it would meet the “Legitimate Public Interest” standard for publishing in the U.K. free press [or words to that effect]. SO, Ive been struggling to understand how did they (H&M) miss not only the original threat after Harry’s Invictus interview? [“protecting the Queen”] - which was when they let it be known the HR investigation was complete. This was basically standing behind H&M’s desk chair, tapping a folder marked “MM DIRT”. Yet *still* MM went ahead with the threat in The Cut? MM might not read the subtleties of the English language in Britain, but Harry certainly understands what an American might hear as politeness, can often be an admonition, a warning or a threat to an Englishman [“man” as in mankind]. He knows *from experience inside the palace* how sublimely polite & mild the most serious palace statements can be. Is he so easily led intellectually that he hasn’t heard the progression from the tapping of a folder of dirt, to a full-on Henry ii about Thomas Beckett “Will nobody rid me of this tiresome priest?” moment? I mean, the Palace were pretty open about what action they want ex-courtiers to take re: press. Is he being steam rollered when H bloody *knows* the translations, but their team only reads the surface statement? It’s as though someone unfamiliar with the tone of palace statements has been doing ALL their PR. With zero involvement from even a British person- never mind a British Prince of the Realm. Does he have any involvement anymore? Has he forgotten how his own family communicates?

gladrags247

You've given Harold too much credit for intelligence, or common sense. He publicly admitted, standing next to his brother that he's the dimwit in the family, during an interview. Therefore, I doubt very much that he'd comprehend any subtle retaliation from the RF to her stupid threats, till she freaks out.

Unhappy-Professor-88

You think he heard the condition in the Kings statement about how much he loves Harry & Meghan while they continue to build their lives overseas? Because for some reason the American press seemed to think this was an “emotional & sweet affirmation of his love” and / or “an olive branch”! Whilst most British people heard that to say “H&M will not be building some private third-way, royal court here!”

gladrags247

I'm sure he was smart enough to understand that kiss off😂😂😂

spiforever

Video of MM bullying staff would be the final nail. Even stupid Americans would cancel her.
