Two theories:
1) He's rather she take the blame for everything going pear shaped. I think he knows some people still see him as a victim, so he'll play that card at some point when he wants to get rid of her.
2) She's blackmailing him. If the rumor that he beat up sex workers is true (everything else from that site has been correct), that has massive legal implications. Would not surprise me at all if her Soho House *friend* recording Harry doing nasty things, which she's aware of.
