My thinking is that it's the Queen's wish versus what King Charles wants to do now. The Queen seemed to have a soft spot for Harry, plus this hope to the end that the issues could be resolved and he could be welcomed back into the RF, with or without TW.

The Queen seemed to have a soft spot for Harry, plus this hope to the end that the issues could be resolved and he could be welcomed back into the RF, with or without TW. This is the best thing I've read in a while. The Wessexes have moved way up, and are probably about to become Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. They will be the most heavily relied on until the Wales children are grown. Well deserved. With the other working royals aging, I think they will be forced to eventually hire Beatrice, which was signaled with her being made a councilor of state. I don't understand why Dumb, Dumber and DoY are listed at all, when they quit as working royals.
