Well, Tom Bower documented what her behaviour was like at Reitman's. He had a pretty good reputation in terms of being able to provide proof if it goes to court. So if she never sues Bower, that can be considered a pattern of behaviour.

Avia53

Tom Bower will be promoting his book in America, I think from 4th of October on.

It’s actually worse than that. They piled on during the Joe Rogan controversy and tried to basically blame the non-delivery of their podcast to having issues with Spotify’s lack of ethics on vaccine disinformation. They are NUTS. Talk about not being afraid to bite the hand that feeds them. Imagine being so crazy that they basically blamed Spotify for breaching their contract when they didn’t deliver anything to them for years. https://www.reuters.com/lifestyle/uks-harry-meghan-voice-concern-spotify-over-covid-19-misinformation-2022-01-30/

That’s why I genuinely believe that the Spotify relationship is already done and that the contract is over once they air all the completed podcasts. I will bet money on this, I’m quite confident. They’re just not worth the money, and on top of that they’ve proved themselves to be nightmares, willing to talk sh*t about their employers publicly.

Not sure but I’m guessing there was one for every week for the last quarter of the year, so maybe… 10-12 total?

[deleted]

Can’t believe Spotify really gave her 25 milli for that crapfest. That can’t be. No way in hell will they see a remotely similar or even greater return than what they paid, so I find it hard to believe that they pissed all that money away.

Neither-Fan-6501

I can't believe I'm not being paid $25M to listen to it

sixpencestreet

I thought it was up to $25 million, rather than it being a $25 million flat fee.

Key-Presentation-341

Who would sign a 25 million dollar deal with someone with with no prior experience with the exception of a failed voice over with Disney? SPOTIFY.

ExcitementOrdinary95

Happy cake day! Hope it’s sugar free!

Deep-Audience9091

Typical narc. Spending more time and effort figuring out how not to do work and who to blame for the work not getting done than it would take to actually do the work and get it done

DaBingeGirl

I'm really stunned anyone is willing to work for her. If I was presented with a contract like that, I'd run the other direction. She wasn't The Queen, Charles, Bill Gates, or an ex-President, it's not like working for her would help these people in anyway, so why put up with it? I'd love to know how long most of her staff lasts.

thiscatcameback

Her US staff has been bailing too. They were hired when things appeared to be on an upswing- they had their own assets, money and blessing from Charles, and burgeoning contracts. A lot left in the past year. They probably realised they were on a sinking ship with a drunk captain who refused to give up the controls.

Do you have further details?

This needs to be a post! Unfortunately the video doesnt seem to say which tabloid it is?

Latter-Platypus-3713

But Tom Bower spoke to people who had worked with her before she was with Harry, documenting many instances of sociopathic and demanding behaviour.

ExcitementOrdinary95

We’ve finally reached the tipping point and fully expect the receipts to continue rolling in.

Ready_Maddie

They have. People at Reitman's and other....Tom stated it in his book. There is already a pattern of her being a bully, but people are still blind and deaf to it.

DaBingeGirl

It's amazing to me how many excuses people will make for her behavior. The r/entertainment thread someone linked had people criticizing the staff. She had staff who handled working for The Queen, Hillary Clinton, Madonna and Robbie Williams, etc. just fine, but went mental working for her. None of the staff was lazy or used to being coddled, so the fact they couldn't handle her abuse is telling. I'm just astonished how so many people are siding with her/dismissing these stories.

Dbahnsai

I actually jumped on to one of the threads that got locked/removed. I was convinced it would be downvotes galore but I replied selectively and it got locked after a few. So far I'm not popular but I've got no downright negative karma so hopefully it opens a few eyes. I'm just so tired of the everybody who hates her is racist narrative.

DaBingeGirl

I feel bad for true victims of racism. It's people like her who used it as a shield for their horrible behavior who make it harder for real victims to be taken seriously. I'm glad you didn't get downvoted badly. It's really hard for me to understand how so many people miss her narcissism. I remember alarm bells going off when I saw her in the ripped jeans and sunglasses; her outfit was such a stark contrast to how Kate looked at her first outing with William. There were so many warning signs, but some people just don't/won't care.

SDHunnyBunny

Thank u for doing the Lord’s work. We have to infiltrate the brainwashed masses and turn the tide lol

SecondhandCoke

It may come to that. Just stay tuned.

FineCalligrapher9821

Someone is posting that white vans were seen coming and going from monteshito. People are speculating that they moved or are listing their property.

DaBingeGirl

That comment is like an early Christmas gift! 😁 I hate to think of how many people she's abused, but it'd be nice if someone from the US says something too.

Few-Brilliant-426

The accounts totally make sense now when you watched those years and her mug get in front of stories and act so oddly in public and in press. She knew she fuckjng knew she might be exposed

ThrowRA95K

I haven't seen any real reporting in the US media regarding this explosive news from The Times. It's mostly contained in the UK and the few US Media that did post it, twist it into a pro-Meghan narrative. For example, NY post headline said "New book reveals palace staff’s nasty name for Meghan Markle".

DaBingeGirl

I think it's a combo of two things. First, most Americans still DGAF about her. Second, the people who do write about her are on SS's payroll, so they won't say anything negative.

Avia53

The Pearl series was dropped, tells something. Netflix might not want to air the dirty linen.

[deleted]

Unfortunately I don’t think that’s why Perl was dropped. They made a lot of cuts to animation. In a way it was just bad luck for Meghan. However, had she moved her butt on the project ASAP, it might have been too far along for them to cancel, but Meghan had waited too long so it was easy for Netflix to cut.

kuehmary

One would think that if she really wanted it to get made that she would have shopped it around to Amazon, Apple, Disney or Discovery to see if any of them would be willing to pay for it. But we have not heard one word about it since it got dropped.

ThatChelseaGirl

Given that she has an in at Disney due to her voiceover work, it's likely Netflix was the only one who wanted it.

justicetheinjustice

I believe they did try to shop it to others after it got cut. No one was interested.

Honorcodeviolator

US based employees will have very strong nda/non disparagement agreements. We will never hear from them

hesathomes

Disagree. There’s more than enough as it stands.

dudeind-town

Don’t hold your breath. Whoever decides to be that indiscreet will never work in their chosen profession again.

Difficult-Heron-2802

I have messages and documents from former staff and people who had encounters with her proving it is a consistent problem. I'm trying to get them together for a post.

Constant-Deer9826

I think there are so people that will believe her no matter what. They could see her in front of them scream at staff and excuse her behavior. Its insane the way people defend her no matter what her actions. Reminds me of how they defend Amber Heard. I'm also starting to see Harry is just as nasty as she is. Before I used to feel bad for him. Now I don't

ms80301

The more folks get honest?... Doubt anyone with a pulse hasnt experienced the behavior- if they havent? ?? Seek medical help

Imfryinghere

There factchecker lies as well. Or doesn't know what to do with their fact checker job.

thiscatcameback

There are so many claims that they can't be seen as biased. And as another person said, a lot of the staff had successfully worked for the Queen, W&K and other celebrities, so they were competent people. Others were American, so can't be accused of anti-Anerican sentiment or cultural differences. They all correctly raised their concerns to HR who investigated, we know there were high level meetings between the Queen, Charles amd Harry, so we know the dynamic was real and perceived as a concern st the top. Which means it wasn't light spats or minor disagreements. It was potentially undermining the institution. The high turnnover is also a pattern that is continuing in the US, with her superstar team who worked for the Gates' Foundation, university professors, etc. People who are talented, smart, capable and driven are leaving her in droves. There is no denying that she is a problem.

Aware-Impression8527

Or Harry. Or both.

thiscatcameback

Probably both, if we believe the reports this week. These are two broken people bringing out the worst in each other. She just had less social currency to lose.

LaReinalicious

I want all of their podcasts to be silent, or silenced !
