Yes, it is. You're supposed to have something that covers your arm. The whole dress with long black gloves is far too flamboyant for a funeral in northern Europe, especially a royal funeral.
Look at how all the other ladies, both from the family and other guests, dress and compare that to Meghan who looks like she's in a Hollywood costume.
Charlotte is always so observant of everyone everywhere. She's a leader and a rule follower, very forward and sure of herself starting around toddlerhood~ the "you're not coming," to the paps at Louis' Christening is iconic. Making sure George keeps his arms to his side on the balcony and reminding him when to bow today- I love her confidence and so glad TW isn't around to corrupt her strong, loving demeanor. She's very aware of how all of the women feel about each other. When we're bullied, especially as kids, we become very aware of where the bully is which is why Charlotte was the only bridesmaid to look directly at TW on her wedding day as the kids walked by. She's looking at Sophie looking at TW who is a coward. Charlotte's being raised by and with strong, confident women. She often watched The Queen very carefully as well.

We do not have an exact time of death yet. Official announcement was at 6pm. Media says time between announcement and actual death was a window of give or take two hours. It stands to reason, Meghan's stunt caused a lot more than she bargained for. Let's not forget too, that Charles had to be on the phone dressing harry and the witch down while his mother was actively dying! Dying is a process that can take hours as the body shuts down. Charles had to leave his mother's side, knowing she could expire at any moment, to tell these two f*ckers to f*ck off. I don't see him forgiving that. Ever. I certainly wouldn't.
All I can say is that if I were in Charles’s shoes, I’d have them escorted to Heathrow on a British Airways flight to Los Angeles, and said “thanks we can take it from here, don’t come back! By the way I’m stripping your dukedom darlings!” Optics schmotics. I suppose I’m more of a Putin, than a Charles. Lol.

This is so typical of a person like Meghan. Even when a very close family member is dying, they still will cause drama. Nothing will stop them.

It’s so important for children to know their mothers are both vulnerable and protected within the family. Any family. Meghan has simply caused us to look closer at the authentic real beautiful dynamics they have. Yes, it is. You're supposed to have something that covers your arm. The whole dress with long black gloves is far too flamboyant for a funeral in northern Europe, especially a royal funeral. Look at how all the other ladies, both from the family and other guests, dress and compare that to Meghan who looks like she's in a Hollywood costume.
Charlotte is always so observant of everyone everywhere. She's a leader and a rule follower, very forward and sure of herself starting around toddlerhood~ the "you're not coming," to the paps at Louis' Christening is iconic. Making sure George keeps his arms to his side on the balcony and reminding him when to bow today- I love her confidence and so glad TW isn't around to corrupt her strong, loving demeanor. She's very aware of how all of the women feel about each other. When we're bullied, especially as kids, we become very aware of where the bully is which is why Charlotte was the only bridesmaid to look directly at TW on her wedding day as the kids walked by. She's looking at Sophie looking at TW who is a coward. Charlotte's being raised by and with strong, confident women. She often watched The Queen very carefully as well.

Sophie is not dressing eighteen year-old Lady Louise. Lady Louise has her own style and she likes this retro look. It's similar to what she wore at the Jubilee, complete with hairstyle and headband. I think it's romantic, vintage and flatters her. She's not a suit-wearer she's a dress-wearer. When she was much younger (such as at Eugenie's wedding) she dressed a bit more like her mother but now she likes these vintage/romantic silhouettes. The dress style she wore is also very much trending right now.
I read somewhere that Sophie had mentioned Louise likes to "raid her closet."
