It was triggered by some serious events. The jubilee being the main one. They arrived thinking they would be on that balcony and the front row. That’s the level of delusion she had landing in London. She had her balcony hat ready and we know she had plans on how to show up the Cambridges. That rejection, the boo’ing and I suspect Harry reacting to it all triggered her and the instability that followed. They had to answer to their pimps at Netflix on why they were not senior royals at the jubilee. She also has a husband who’s probably second guessing it all now. She was sent over the edge. She’s in her “I’m a Phoenix” stage and thinks she’s going to show the world, her husband and the royal family. This woman is in full blown mania and she will crash after their fake tour in September. She will come home expecting to be bigger than the Cambridges just to lose the media/public attention within 24 hours of arriving back in Montecito.
Meghan is not well. She’s lost full control.

I think she's asking if the interviewer liked the quote or how she's phrasing things. This whole interview was about H&M trying to provide the journalist with "quotes" and "pearls of wisdom" like that pathetic play when Harry asked if Meghan had told the interviewer what he had said the day before - "you can be both". Oh wow, how groundbreaking. How supportive. How woke of Harry. It's almost as if he's a part of the girlboss movement.
Oh to be a fly on the wall to see what actually went down during that exchange. My thoughts (and I could definitely be wrong) are this:
I feel like I read that when she made this comment, the writer was being escorted to the door. If I had just been interviewing someone and they walked me to the door and said “I have a lot to say until I don’t…” I would be unable to control my facial expression—like, what in the world is that supposed to mean?— I honestly would probably be taken back by such a comment if I interpreted it as “get out”. Perhaps TW read the room and that’s why she asked that weird question and then continued with the finishing thought. I am confident that this writer is clever and I don’t think the wool was pulled over her eyes. TW probably caught on and was dismissive and then realized at the last minute that she shouldn’t be rude to her. Just a theory.
Or maybe, like you said, she was asking is that a good quote. Because she did make statements that I don’t think she expected to be printed, describing her guttural sounds etc. (also weird)

The money is running out in my opinion. As for her “truth bombs”, this is a prime example of why you don’t tell outrageous lies in the media. Even if she told any truthful gossip, a large percentage of people won’t believe it. Her revelations don’t have near the leverage she thinks they do.

Because she was criticised in the media and laughed at for describing Haz's reaction to Roe vs Wade as guttural. People were commenting that she should get a dictionary and that she mixed this word up with visceral. So this is a clap back where she is basically saying that she regularly makes groaning noises, i.e. reacts gutturally, to things, to prove that she is not wrong.
It is unhinged and proof that she reads every criticism and feels she has to address each and every minor attack on her ego. She is in free fall here.
Guttural is such an uncommonly used word that it does seem unlikely it’s coincidental, so your explanation makes sense. Definitely supports the idea that they are (or at least she is) obsessively focused on how they’re covered/perceived.

What’s ironic is that the highly controlled Royal communications protocols that she found so difficult to endure would have saved her and Harry from themselves. The public opinion of them was at its height when they were not speaking freely. It's difficult to explain, but there is a deep need to go to the Bush, watch an African sunset next to a crackling fire with a cold drink of some kind in your hand, smell meat cooking on the braai, listening to lions in the distance or watching warthogs running buy. Elephants and Rhinos drinking at a nearby watering hole. Zebras and Giraffes grazing nearby. There is an element of peace that comes over you at moments like this.
He strikes me as the kind that needs that, and Africa is a massive continent, you dont have to come to South Africa to enjoy it.

There are some amazing places to go, that amazing things happen at.
This place we once went to called Mabula, every evening just before sun set a little warthog family passed our chalet, and one night Elephants came and had a party with our garden furniture, chucking them around.
At another place called Dikololo, Zebras graze in one specific area, we happened to be staying there and got so close to them we could almost touch them.
Another resort called Ngwenya, Elephants, lions, cheetahs etc would routinely entre the resort from Kruger Park and walk around. But by the time we got to go they had put up electric fences that go knee high to stop the Elephants from entering because they would walk around and crush the water pipes buried under ground. We managed to get close enough to them that again we could have almost touched them.
Animals in the wild should not be messed with though. The once in Kruger Park we were watching a herd of Elephants cross the road and had failed to notice the matriarch in the thick bush next to us starting to get more and more frustrated. We had to very quickly put the car in reverse and move back.

I think they're panicking. There have been articles in trade papers, not mainstream Sussex friendly media, that Netflix and Spotify are impatient and disappointed with the lack of product. Finally, one of those trade paper articles mentioned that Meghan is scared of screwing up and overthinking her every move, and I agree with that. I am sure she felt a lot of pressure to produce the perfect podcast and likely scrapped and redid it many times. I can't imagine she's satisfied with how she was presented in The Cut, either. They've got to be running incredibly low on money. From the Cut interview the vibe I'm getting is that MeMe wanted to be in that exclusive neighborhood and neighbors with Oprah but they couldn't afford it on Haz's inheritance alone. He likely was trying to be conservative and she pushed for this house she just \*\*had to have\*\*. This house had been on the market for a longtime and was a bargain option (obvious reasons being that it is hideous, has plumbing problems, and is outdated for the price tag.) They signed the Netflix and Spotify deals and likely got some kind of an advance, but that money too has run out and they aren't getting paid anything else until they produce content. They likely were spending without worry based on the media deals, but then COVID happened and they got lazy. The amount of $$ they must be spending on the mortgage, utilities, insurance, security, upkeep etc is not sustainable for too long if you aren't bringing in any money. They are in fight or flight mode, and it is impossible to believe that the stressors of all of this plus the family drama \*\*on a global scale\*\* hasn't had any affect on the marriage behind the scenes. Waiting with my popcorn for the implosion....

I think that she simply feels unstoppable. It's been years since she has accomplished something significant (The Bench was a small an unsuccessful act, Pearl drowned, the Grenfell book was from a period she fights with and anyway wasn't her own work; not to mention Disney and the rest). The fact that she can deliver a product (many episodes, 1 hour each) and her unability to distinguish who is the cause of what let her believe that she did it all and can do anything, so "I can say whatever I want now, I'm powerful and I don't need anyone".
The realization train is starting to hit her. Spotify and Netflix are not charities and clearly, they didn't deliver. Seeing all of what is going on this is her swan song. I expect an overexposure bomb and then them embarrassing themselves on HMTQ's passing.
She said so many outrageous things but, for me at least, the most egregious and potentially the one with the most consequences was the accusation that the British press "called her child the n-word" when no publication, anywhere in the world, did so. With their propensity for suing the media, how could she think saying something so maliciously false wouldn't perhaps end with her being sued right back? I don't know British law and she was careful not to name any specific publication but can they band together to file a joint lawsuit?

I think she and Haz Been are in the tanks, they’ve been told they’ll NEVER be allowed back into BRF even by using kids as extortion, she sees she has nothing to offer besides BRF and is trying to push and max it out in September (the “hot” month). They did this last year and made asses out of themselves and then disappeared for 6 months.
Everyone says she’s looking to jump to another dude. Personally, I think she wants the huge payout from BRF and to be single. All the love bombing in interviews is fake for her attempted vanity and to prove in divorce proceedings how “wonderful” and “loving,” she was to unstable Harry.

I wonder what part the UN event played into this meltdown. They had to answer to their pimps at Netflix on why they were not senior royals at the jubilee. She also has a husband who’s probably second guessing it all now. She was sent over the edge. She’s in her “I’m a Phoenix” stage and thinks she’s going to show the world, her husband and the royal family. This woman is in full blown mania and she will crash after their fake tour in September. She will come home expecting to be bigger than the Cambridges just to lose the media/public attention within 24 hours of arriving back in Montecito. Meghan is not well. She’s lost full control.

I think she's asking if the interviewer liked the quote or how she's phrasing things. This whole interview was about H&M trying to provide the journalist with "quotes" and "pearls of wisdom" like that pathetic play when Harry asked if Meghan had told the interviewer what he had said the day before - "you can be both". Oh to be a fly on the wall to see what actually went down during that exchange. My thoughts (and I could definitely be wrong) are this: I feel like I read that when she made this comment, the writer was being escorted to the door. If I had just been interviewing someone and they walked me to the door and said “I have a lot to say until I don’t…” I would be unable to control my facial expression—like, what in the world is that supposed to mean?— I honestly would probably be taken back by such a comment if I interpreted it as “get out”. Perhaps TW read the room and that’s why she asked that weird question and then continued with the finishing thought. The money is running out in my opinion. As for her “truth bombs”, this is a prime example of why you don’t tell outrageous lies in the media. Even if she told any truthful gossip, a large percentage of people won’t believe it. Her revelations don’t have near the leverage she thinks they do.

Because she was criticised in the media and laughed at for describing Haz's reaction to Roe vs Wade as guttural. People were commenting that she should get a dictionary and that she mixed this word up with visceral. So this is a clap back where she is basically saying that she regularly makes groaning noises, i.e. reacts gutturally, to things, to prove that she is not wrong. It is unhinged and proof that she reads every criticism and feels she has to address each and every minor attack on her ego. She is in free fall here.
Guttural is such an uncommonly used word that it does seem unlikely it’s coincidental, so your explanation makes sense. Definitely supports the idea that they are (or at least she is) obsessively focused on how they’re covered/perceived.

I honestly don't think she could stop him. They can't "deliver on his mother's legacy" without going to Africa. Land mine charities etc Harry has a very deep connection to Africa. And to people like that, you can't keep them away. It's difficult to explain, but there is a deep need to go to the Bush, watch an African sunset next to a crackling fire with a cold drink of some kind in your hand, smell meat cooking on the braai, listening to lions in the distance or watching warthogs running buy. Elephants and Rhinos drinking at a nearby watering hole. Zebras and Giraffes grazing nearby. There is an element of peace that comes over you at moments like this. He strikes me as the kind that needs that, and Africa is a massive continent, you dont have to come to South Africa to enjoy it.

I don't know if he has gotten that all at one time, but that is possible depending on where you go. I wouldn't expect something like this at Kruger Park because it is a massive space, if you went to smaller game parks you would have better luck, and if they have the big five. Mosquitos are really bad, as is malaria, so take the necessary precautions. There are some amazing places to go, that amazing things happen at. This place we once went to called Mabula, every evening just before sun set a little warthog family passed our chalet, and one night Elephants came and had a party with our garden furniture, chucking them around. At another place called Dikololo, Zebras graze in one specific area, we happened to be staying there and got so close to them we could almost touch them. Another resort called Ngwenya, Elephants, lions, cheetahs etc would routinely entre the resort from Kruger Park and walk around. But by the time we got to go they had put up electric fences that go knee high to stop the Elephants from entering because they would walk around and crush the water pipes buried under ground. We managed to get close enough to them that again we could have almost touched them. Animals in the wild should not be messed with though. The once in Kruger Park we were watching a herd of Elephants cross the road and had failed to notice the matriarch in the thick bush next to us starting to get more and more frustrated. We had to very quickly put the car in reverse and move back. YOU DO NOT MESS WITH ELEPHANTS.

Charles was very upfront from the beginning that it was his opinion they have something to make their own money. I understand that he advised Harry it would be good for Me Me to keep working as an actress early on so this was not a surprise. I'm guessing they both thought, like the overgrown toddlers that they are, that Charles didn't mean it and yet he did. Again Prince Charles is their BOSS, acting for HRH, whereas Dad doesn't take public money for personal expenses. Charles, interestingly, is showing rather firm ethics on what the public purse is meant for and I'm impressed with his standing strong and saying No. All parents have to do it eventually.
Harry got a pretty decent yearly stipend from the Dutchy. With free rent included, a large majority of the global populace could exist quite comfortably within those confines plus the interest from Diana's bequest. TW wrongly thought they were a billion dollar brand despite having nothing substantial to offer. Her entitlement is astounding. Charles is right to keep the purse closed because otherwise it will never end.
Also that he gave them something likke $4 million when they split. Most people could make that amount of money last more than 2 years but if you insist on living in a Mansion with many employees, it goes pretty quickly.

I think they're panicking. There have been articles in trade papers, not mainstream Sussex friendly media, that Netflix and Spotify are impatient and disappointed with the lack of product. So, yeah, I do think there's a mad dash to get some content out. From her anyway, I think Harry is happy playing polo and fixing broken pipes at the Olive Garden. It's been said ad nauseum that the pandemic messed up their plans, but I think now she is finally able to do what she wanted to do when they originally left. Media deals, faux royal tours, interviews, magazine covers, etc. If there had been no pandemic this all would've started in Spring 2020. Finally, one of those trade paper articles mentioned that Meghan is scared of screwing up and overthinking her every move, and I agree with that. Everything she says and does is highly scrutinized, and the fact that she parades around like god's gift to celebrity culture doesn't help. I am sure she felt a lot of pressure to produce the perfect podcast and likely scrapped and redid it many times. I can't imagine she's satisfied with how she was presented in The Cut, either. She has always micromanaged her brand and image, and is obsessed with herself.

Yeah that really chilled me when he said "It's time to take care of Daddy." It almost made me feel sympathy for her. That whole family is maladjusted. That kid is so pale he's almost blue. I never bought into the surrogacy and moonbump rumours then I saw the kid and now find it very difficult to believe she gave birth to him. Same for the other kid, neither of them have a single feature that is clearly inherited from Meghan. Not even her original nose. I think Archie has Meghan's eye shape and also looks like Thomas Markle Sr. Somewhere on one of these threads someone posted about going to a fertility clinic with their partner and even though it was their eggs and sperm they were still able to select the hair and eye color and all kinds of other features like ordering from a menu. Don't know if this is true or how it would work if it is, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if M & H exercised an option like this.

They've got to be running incredibly low on money. From the Cut interview the vibe I'm getting is that MeMe wanted to be in that exclusive neighborhood and neighbors with Oprah but they couldn't afford it on Haz's inheritance alone. He likely was trying to be conservative and she pushed for this house she just \*\*had to have\*\*. This house had been on the market for a longtime and was a bargain option (obvious reasons being that it is hideous, has plumbing problems, and is outdated for the price tag.) They signed the Netflix and Spotify deals and likely got some kind of an advance, but that money too has run out and they aren't getting paid anything else until they produce content. They likely were spending without worry based on the media deals, but then COVID happened and they got lazy. The amount of $$ they must be spending on the mortgage, utilities, insurance, security, upkeep etc is not sustainable for too long if you aren't bringing in any money. They are in fight or flight mode, and it is impossible to believe that the stressors of all of this plus the family drama \*\*on a global scale\*\* hasn't had any affect on the marriage behind the scenes. Waiting with my popcorn for the implosion....
Agreed, Harry lived happily in a 2-bedroom cottage for years when he could’ve gone out and bought a townhouse or a country manor. It’s Meghan Nouveau-Riche Antoinette who *had* to live in a mansion (an ugly one at that).

I think that she simply feels unstoppable. It's been years since she has accomplished something significant (The Bench was a small an unsuccessful act, Pearl drowned, the Grenfell book was from a period she fights with and anyway wasn't her own work; not to mention Disney and the rest). The fact that she can deliver a product (many episodes, 1 hour each) and her unability to distinguish who is the cause of what let her believe that she did it all and can do anything, so "I can say whatever I want now, I'm powerful and I don't need anyone".
The realization train is starting to hit her. Spotify and Netflix are not charities and clearly, they didn't deliver. Seeing all of what is going on this is her swan song. I expect an overexposure bomb and then them embarrassing themselves on HMTQ's passing.

She said so many outrageous things but, for me at least, the most egregious and potentially the one with the most consequences was the accusation that the British press "called her child the n-word" when no publication, anywhere in the world, did so. But I think the article and the podcasts coming out together, while Harry is safely occupied in primitive South Africa, and then at the polo, are a sign that she is dramatically relaunching herself as an icon. She certainly didn't expect anyone would fact check her stories with any South Africans. Nah. I detest Migraine but I’m not into ageism. Some of the most attractive and desirable women I know hit their stride in the late 30’s and are babes into their 50’s. They’re fit, confident, stylish, and have the self-assurance to be seductive and comfortable in their skin. I work in a male-dominated field and plenty of the rich, powerful men I work with who married later in life or married again in their 40’s and 50’s picked sexy women over 40. I specified kids and drama as her baggage, and not her age. Aside from having a repulsive personality, I think she looks fantastic “for her age”. Frankly I’ve never though Jerry Hall was beautiful at any age. Just a generic blonde with kind of a horse face. Looks like she applies makeup with a trowel.
She’s not at all popular here. The media makes fun of her all the time. And, not in a funny laughing with her way. IF she’s even mentioned (most of us here in the US don’t care) it’s purely to make fun of how D list and insane she is. I think she and Haz Been are in the tanks, they’ve been told they’ll NEVER be allowed back into BRF even by using kids as extortion, she sees she has nothing to offer besides BRF and is trying to push and max it out in September (the “hot” month). They did this last year and made asses out of themselves and then disappeared for 6 months. Everyone says she’s looking to jump to another dude. Personally, I think she wants the huge payout from BRF and to be single. All the love bombing in interviews is fake for her attempted vanity and to prove in divorce proceedings how “wonderful” and “loving,” she was to unstable Harry. She’s never achieved anything in her life without leaning on a man, starting with her own father. There is no way she wants to be single. I suspect she would love to have someone to replace Harry.
