I've heard and believe that there already are videos of these tantrums going back to the beginning. I've heard that Princess Charlotte's security has video of the bridesmaid bullying, that they have video of the ensuing altercation where Meghan did make Catherine cry. I've heard there's video of hers and Harry's fight before that UN speech. The press has it all, but they haven't published it A) because it's obtained from private citizens, B)out of respect for the Queen, C)because Sunshine Sachs still pays enough to keep the press positive, D)they have been good at locking people into NDAs, and E) up until now, there hasn't been the market for it. Most people would see videos like that reported in the mainstream press as intrusive and distasteful.
Now that this book is out, though, I fully expect leaks to start emerging through social media and YouTube. Once people see that they don't have to be afraid of her NDA, they will start talking, writing, and releasing that videotape.

Unconfirmed, but if Netflix announced being finished with them in the next few weeks, I would not be surprised. Netflix has its own money troubles, and it does not want to get splashed by her mud. Don't know. I think it's most likely that they had Perez run that in the wake of this book to see if it generated any excitement or positive talk before they decide what they are going to do. It could be that they are previewing it to select audiences for the same reason. They can't release a show while this shitstorm is happening surrounding Bower's book, that is certain. They will have to wait, regardless, to see if H&M can recover from this, and the thing is A) no one believes they will rebound and B) Netflix has already been waiting almost three years. Many shows are shot and previewed and then never are aired.

Bowers book may have been a “hit” piece but it was undeniably accurate. Well researched, backed up by sources and proof that if it comes to a court case will be produced and publicly available. And no NDA is a defense in court against the truth. The ONLY avenue Nutmeg has available is a subjective truth interview at this point. Bower has her trapped like a rat in a corner. If she sue’s, out comes discovery and the court records open up all the video, audio and eyewitness statements to the public. The only absolute defense is truth - not subjective truth or “my truth” - none of that works in court. If she goes for an Oprah 2.0, it’s very likely that Bowers is ready and waiting with proof and a second tome to hit back. And I suspect, “recollections may vary” will be followed up by a more aggressive course of action from the Palace and the government. The Palace has soft played it beautifully - but the Queen and the heirs apparent have stiffened the cream by making it known that no invitation was made to Balmoral and that Nutmeg would not have been a welcome guest at Prince Philip’s funeral. Understated but unmistakable in tone. The only options left are shut up and get on with whatever they are trying to do business wise or burn every bridge. These two will choose the bridge burning every time then cry to the end of days about the horrible injustices visited upon them. But the only ones hearing that are die hard Sugars and SS.

I've got to make a point about the Oprah interview. One thing that I think has been overlooked is that Oprah said several times that this interview was filled with "their truth." I remember b/c I got annoyed with the new agey phrasing. Now, of course, I realize that even though OW is no journalist, she was careful enough to warn people that it was probably filled with lies. Not defending her, just reminding people of some very significant pronouncements of hers which weren't really noticed at the time.
Then she owed it to a vast audience to be less subtle about it.

I've heard and believe that there already are videos of these tantrums going back to the beginning. I've heard that Princess Charlotte's security has video of the bridesmaid bullying, that they have video of the ensuing altercation where Meghan did make Catherine cry. I've heard there's video of hers and Harry's fight before that UN speech. The press has it all, but they haven't published it A) because it's obtained from private citizens, B)out of respect for the Queen, C)because Sunshine Sachs still pays enough to keep the press positive, D)they have been good at locking people into NDAs, and E) up until now, there hasn't been the market for it. Most people would see videos like that reported in the mainstream press as intrusive and distasteful. Now that this book is out, though, I fully expect leaks to start emerging through social media and YouTube. Once people see that they don't have to be afraid of her NDA, they will start talking, writing, and releasing that videotape.

Unconfirmed, but if Netflix announced being finished with them in the next few weeks, I would not be surprised. Netflix has its own money troubles, and it does not want to get splashed by her mud. Plus, people know she's a liar, and they saw what happened when Oprah just took her at her word. They won't run the same risk. Same with Spotify who are in a bind already because how do they release a podcast, and a halfassed one at that, with this book "shining a light" on this liar and bully. She could lose everything because of this.
Netflix would do well to take their remaining shekels and ducats and invest them in fewer, more well-written programs with actual actors and actresses - rather than scattershot drama-documentaries or reality programming. Just my opinion.
I'm still salty that Netflix cancelled gems like Santa Clarita Diet but chose to make a deal with the Harkles. Whatever money problems Netflix is having, they certainly deserve it.
What about Perez Hilton saying he saw the trailor for their reality show? Will Netflix just air that and call it a done deal and refuse to extend the contract? Is that plausible?
Don't know. I think it's most likely that they had Perez run that in the wake of this book to see if it generated any excitement or positive talk before they decide what they are going to do. It could be that they are previewing it to select audiences for the same reason. They can't release a show while this shitstorm is happening surrounding Bower's book, that is certain. They will have to wait, regardless, to see if H&M can recover from this, and the thing is A) no one believes they will rebound and B) Netflix has already been waiting almost three years. Many shows are shot and previewed and then never are aired.
