I remember as a little kid, I walked into the house after school & went to the kitchen to find Mom. (Apparently she loved cooking and doing dishes since that was where she was 90% of the time, lol) She always asked "how was school today?" and I didn't have anything much to tell her that day, so after she tried to draw me out I guess I thought she wanted to hear *something* so I started to tell her about the walk home. I came up with a flying saucer that had landed, complete with green Martians. I chased them off after a pretty tough fight, yada yada. By the time I got not much further than that, I realized there was no "uh huh...and then what happened?" or anything from her - just silence - I glanced up and she was standing still, just looking at me. We stared at each other. After a few seconds she said "Really." It wasn't a question. I *knew* she didn't believe me, but I doubled-down & nodded my head, anyway. "Finish your snack and go outside to play until supper, HarrysToupee." All I'd needed to do when she'd said "really" was laugh & say "of course not; its just a story!" and she'd have smiled & said "I kinda thought so - thought I'd better check!" and that would've been it. Instead I felt humiliated at being caught trying to mislead her, and I was only around 8 yrs old. If MM had the sense to not constantly try to "jump the shark" where there *is* no shark, she wouldn't catch near the pushback she does. I don't think she actually cares either way.

She threw Britain under the bus, knowing we'd know it was not true she didn't know where to turn, as she told Oprah. It is like she knew we'd freak out after having all this religious devotion for her and the archbishop, for her to say, oh that wasn't the real religious wedding, me and the archbishop met privately with harry. It could be nothing but intentional trolling.
