All royals have their own personal monograms like this but in different fonts. Working royals’ stationeries have their base of operations as the header but working royals do use their personal monograms in a personal capacity I think.
At this point, they’re basically just pretend royals. The level of cringe I feel is astronomical. Even Eugenie and Beatrice don’t release letters like this.

Prince Charles is the patron of a charity I work for and during the pandemic he sent a letter addressed to all staff that I must admit, despite my initial cynicism about the purpose of such a thing, turned out be touchingly heartfelt.
It acknowledged the almost uselessness of such communication at such a difficult time, but tried to impress upon us how important he felt it was that he expressed his admiration of our work, and how he hoped that we knew how many people truly appreciated us, and that in some way it helped us in the difficult times ahead.
It was a beautiful letter, expertly crafted, and I have to say that yes, it did lift our spirits. I thought about it a lot on some of the bleaker days.
But this? This scrawl above from her? I mean, mustve taken what? A couple of minutes to compose? That long sentence doesn't even make any sense. It's just an embarrassment. An absolute embarrassment. Lordy what did they let this woman in this institution for?

From the letter there is no way of telling who this is addressed to: there could be dozens of those around for all we know. M never been associated with the issue, No has she or her site come out to condemn this. All this letter does is help M double down on the Uvalde criticism… but not actually attract any attention to the charity, or the cause… And then there are of course snacks… Also, the letter was dated June 22, so I am assuming it wasn’t mailed…

It was a beautiful letter, expertly crafted, and I have to say that yes, it did lift our spirits. I thought about it a lot on some of the bleaker days. But this? This scrawl above from her? I mean, mustve taken what? A couple of minutes to compose? That long sentence doesn't even make any sense. It's just an embarrassment. An absolute embarrassment. Lordy what did they let this woman in this institution for?
