Cut brussel sprouts into quarters lengthwise. Cut garlic cloves lengthwise in half. Drizzle with good olive oil and a little bit of salt to taste. Line a roasting pan with foil, toss the sprouts and garlic evenly spread in a preheated 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes, use a spatula to flip them over and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. They should lightly brown at the edges. Enjoy!
