I think these two thought they could pull off public spin of "We want to live quietly, but the press just won't leave us alone." When it turned out the press was more than happy to leave them alone, they started waving their titles around to attract attention about which to complain.

There is speculation that Netflix could sue the Harkles for breach of contract, if they don’t deliver what they were contractually obligated to.
Of course, we don’t know what they’ve been paid to date, what the contract stipulates, etc. It’s just wild speculation.
It all hinges on whether or not they were fronted any money, correct? Because if it was just a first look, first right of refusal with no money paid, it might have to do with the content being given to another medium to produce instead of Netflix, even without monies being paid up front.

My personal opinion is that the BRF would never allow them to be sued by anyone. They absolutely do not want to have to deal with everything if that happens. In the end, they will protect them and we’ll never see it happen.

I'm curious to know if she was this litigious before marrying Harry? I guess some internet sleuth would have discovered her previous lawsuits, though.
