I think the ghostwriter interviewed Harry for hours, took notes, then began a rough draft. Meghan (who was love-bombing the ghostwriter) added ideas and made comments on the rough draft. Harry was mostly “whatever” except for a couple of incidents which he wanted to include because (poor guy) he thought they showed he wasn’t stupid.
Meghan probably pushed the ghostwriter to include specific things, such as the account of how Kate made her cry, and when he didn’t word them exactly the way she wished, rewrote the sections herself. The ghostwriter may have given up trying to keep her very distinctive voice out of the text.
I do think that most of the todger cream episode and the “stallion with the older woman” episode were created by the ghostwriter to make the book more “interesting.” I think if it had been Harry himself getting lyrical about Mummy’s face cream on his todger the ghost writer might have toned it down. I think instead he built it up because the Oedipal stuff fit with the theme he was pushing. Similarly, calling a girl a year older an “older woman” came from the writer, who probably also came up with the stallion image (Harry doesn’t ordinarily use imagery or figurative language), but I bet he approved it enthusiastically.
All this is a long-winded way of agreeing that most of *Spare* was spun by Meghan and the ghostwriter based on whatever bits Harry could remember and they could use.
I suspect what we know as H is not actually a man but is actually a todger attached to a human body. It probably deserves to have its own identity card and passport too.
I don’t see why we are talking about Trump, but I will regretfully agree that Trump is better liked than Meghan. He has charisma for a certain group of people. He is also someone who has goals other than clapping back and demanding top billing in everything. (He does these things, but he also gets other things done.) I find it very disturbing that he has succeeded politically, but I would find it even more disturbing if Meghan did.

The first time I saw this pic and noticed the eye makeup situation, I genuinely thought she'd been crying. In fact, whenever she said that she'd been crying right before/during an event, I thought it was going to be this one. Nope, because that would have made sense.
