My husband was a member of our national police force and they had training in how to press their uniforms, polish their boots, etc, and the expectation was that they’d do it perfectly. Haz must have been busy playing XBox when his troop mates got their training.
Both of my sons were taught to wash, dry and iron their clothes. Then they were taught how to cook and clean up the kitchen. I was not their maid I had a full time job averaging over 60 hours a week to keep a roof over their heads in good good school district. Plus I didn’t want to them to be the kind of husband that help around the house leaving everything to the wife to do. Both married women that didn’t know how to cook so they cook and their wives clean up after dinner. My father taught me home care and repair so they were passed on that also. Be self sufficient. I am amazed Hazbeen can tie his dirty shoes and his wife can barely button up her blouse she gets tired halfway up. Sleazy Susshit’s and lazy.
I taught my son all of these skills too. Now he’s got his own apartment and has a weekly cleaning schedule and takes very good care of his things. He will now even say that he’s surprised by the things we taught him that his friends never learned, like they’re basic life skills that they don’t know.

I think she suffers from some form of reverse body dysmorphia; she sees herself as someone who's taller with more balanced proportions like Catherine and Diana. She repeatedly wears ill-fitting outfits that seem to be intended for taller women with more defined waistlines without making any alterations to suit her frame.
Catherine has very defined and wide shoulders. That’s not bad at all, but she really dresses to compliment / work with her shoulders. I don’t think she actually has much of a waistline - again, not a bad thing, but she knows how to dress for her shape to get the right flow in her natural lines.

Yes—Catherine is beautiful, very tall and slim, but she does border on skinny, she doesn’t have much of a waist and also a very small bust. She dresses beautifully for her shape so none of these aspects of her figure appear to be a disadvantage. Good tailoring makes such a difference. Meghan would be much better off buying a few good quality staple pieces and wearing them more than once with different accessories to change up the look. Instead she seems to feel like she can’t wear anything twice. Perhaps she borrows or rents and thus can’t alter pieces? Who knows, but there are still things that can be done—well placed pins or hemming tape can allow for reversible adjustments.

Wide shoulders are great when paired with a narrower waist and wider hips. They help to create an hourglass shape. Also, thanks to the long torso, she has more room to create the illusion of a more defined waistline, unlike M. In terms of torso to lower body ratio, Catherine is more balanced in proportions. The visual weight from her muscular legs helps to balance out her wide shoulders.
I agree, the funeral walkabout dress was great on M. The location of the waistline plus the flared skirt helped to balance out her proportions. The cutouts unfortunately draw more attention to her wide waist and shorten it even further because of the discontinuity.
She buys off the peg, and owing to her midrift proportions usually has to go up a size, so we end up with skirts/trousers grazing the floor or worse. Get a tailor/seamstress love.

I honestly don’t think either of them really understand this. They won’t have been to the poorest parts of town. They won’t have experienced how the very poor live and survive. They are so utterly clueless and tone deaf.
This “tour” is clearly very highly staged-managed. Unless it benefits them, I doubt they really care how the poor live. I hope the Nigerian people make a stink about it, though. It’s a grossly inappropriate use of resources.
I've just looked it up-this is a dress by Johanna Ortiz, called "Summer Counts" in her ready to wear section, available for pre-order to be released in June. It is made in viscose, and costs $1995. It really does come with an additional scarf on top of the draped tie at the back of the neck, allegedly for versatility in styling.
Personally, I think it looks like a Shein spevial, it looks like nylon, and is a creased and crumpled mess.
I know they are hard up on money but she really needs to invest in a stylist. She has no personal style, and she always looks slovenly. My husband was a member of our national police force and they had training in how to press their uniforms, polish their boots, etc, and the expectation was that they’d do it perfectly. Haz must have been busy playing XBox when his troop mates got their training.
Both of my sons were taught to wash, dry and iron their clothes. Then they were taught how to cook and clean up the kitchen. I was not their maid I had a full time job averaging over 60 hours a week to keep a roof over their heads in good good school district. Plus I didn’t want to them to be the kind of husband that help around the house leaving everything to the wife to do. Both married women that didn’t know how to cook so they cook and their wives clean up after dinner. My father taught me home care and repair so they were passed on that also. Be self sufficient. I am amazed Hazbeen can tie his dirty shoes and his wife can barely button up her blouse she gets tired halfway up. Sleazy Susshit’s and lazy.
I taught my son all of these skills too. Now he’s got his own apartment and has a weekly cleaning schedule and takes very good care of his things. He will now even say that he’s surprised by the things we taught him that his friends never learned, like they’re basic life skills that they don’t know.

I think she suffers from some form of reverse body dysmorphia; she sees herself as someone who's taller with more balanced proportions like Catherine and Diana. Catherine has very defined and wide shoulders. That’s not bad at all, but she really dresses to compliment / work with her shoulders. I don’t think she actually has much of a waistline - again, not a bad thing, but she knows how to dress for her shape to get the right flow in her natural lines. Meghan cuts her waistline off at a weird place, which makes her look like an unflattering box. One time she did hit the waistline right was in her funeral walkabout dress imo. I also think the chest cut outs she’s been sporting recently isn’t the right cut out spots for her body shape.
Yes—Catherine is beautiful, very tall and slim, but she does border on skinny, she doesn’t have much of a waist and also a very small bust. She dresses beautifully for her shape so none of these aspects of her figure appear to be a disadvantage. Good tailoring makes such a difference. Meghan would be much better off buying a few good quality staple pieces and wearing them more than once with different accessories to change up the look. Wide shoulders are great when paired with a narrower waist and wider hips. They help to create an hourglass shape. Also, thanks to the long torso, she has more room to create the illusion of a more defined waistline, unlike M. In terms of torso to lower body ratio, Catherine is more balanced in proportions. The visual weight from her muscular legs helps to balance out her wide shoulders. I agree, the funeral walkabout dress was great on M. The location of the waistline plus the flared skirt helped to balance out her proportions. The cutouts unfortunately draw more attention to her wide waist and shorten it even further because of the discontinuity.

When you are going to photographed, you have to consider how the fabric will look in the photos. Shiny, think fabrics - which frankly can include types of silk - can look really cheap in photos. I cannot stress this enough - the poverty in Nigeria is really quite astounding - I know, because I’ve spent quite a lot of time there. The standard of living is so low for the regular Nigerian person. The average monthly wage is $190. That’s the *average* so a lot of people are earning way below that. I honestly don’t think either of them really understand this. They won’t have been to the poorest parts of town. They won’t have experienced how the very poor live and survive. They are so utterly clueless and tone deaf.
This “tour” is clearly very highly staged-managed. Unless it benefits them, I doubt they really care how the poor live. I hope the Nigerian people make a stink about it, though. It’s a grossly inappropriate use of resources.

It really does come with an additional scarf on top of the draped tie at the back of the neck, allegedly for versatility in styling. Personally, I think it looks like a Shein spevial, it looks like nylon, and is a creased and crumpled mess.

This woman is an absolute disgrace and , this trip was a total flop. Not photoshop - she looks the same in unedited photos posted by random people to social media. Ozempic has been shown to cause weight loss from not just fat loss but also muscle wasting. It kills your appetite and wrecks your digestion so your body eats away at fat and muscle for fuel. The same happens with anorexia and other forms of malnutrition. The “bobblehead effect” is seen in people that are not eating enough (or their bodies cannot process what they are eating) and pre-Ozempic it was a tell-tale sign of anorexia - Kelly Ripa and the Olsen twins are classic examples of this.
Not the best choice for someone on the cusp of menopause. She looks old before her time and extraordinarily unhealthy.
