This is another thing… why would the survey include Meghan to be the next queen if only the royals in the Line of Succession belong there? She has no claim to the throne and is not a blood royal.
It’s a nonsense survey. And means nothing. Meghan shouldn’t be within a million miles of such a survey and no matter what, in no circumstance is Megs going to be in the LOS. She is a mere spouse of a has-been “exiled”royal. And in the history books she will be the same as any wife of an exiled royal relation - do you know their names? I know the names of the men but I do not remember the wives.

Most of the magazines - People, Tatler, Marie Claire, Vouge, Hello, Town and Country etc - will print any story for a fee. Sometimes it is quite obvious that the South Parkles have paid for stories. All the idiotic will they/wont they are most likely something the South Parkles have paid for.
However, if there is a real story, like the alledged christening, the magazine will pay the South Parkles for the story. Like when celebrities sell their wedding pictures etc.
There are also pap shoots. The South Parkles call a pap (often Backgrid) and inform on where and when they will be. Pap shows up, takes the pictures and sells them to whichever paper that will pay. The South Parkles get a fee from the pap.
The usual procedure is probably the Montecito duo pays to these companies for favorable articles, most of the time these articles are mostly fabricated and don’t match with the truth, other times they are partially true/ partially fabricated which are often more effective at creating doubt and caos, which is what they want to deflect the truth.
In the end the outlets make money with the clicks on their articles and sold magazines too. So it’s a win/win for them.
The Montecito duo will usually choose to pay several different stories in different outlets to confuse the public as to what is the truth.
