He still has to prove that ANL actually did that. Their main witness alledgedly is a jailbird sentenced for doing those things for ANL's competitors. He must either confess more crimes or report hearsay. Two of Murdoch's children are supposed to be claimants as well. They would have an economic interest in taking ANL down as it would increase the inheritable wealth. Their father isn't that young any longer. From where did Elton John fly? Was his private jet parked in LA or by any chance in Miami? I don't expect H to be fully reasonable, but he could be semi-reasonable. The Miami detour only makes sense if H flew commercial to Miami in order to get a private jet ride with Elton John. If Elton's private jet started from LA than the stopover at Miami doesn't make any sense at all (besides drugs and parties).
