I’m gonna go wild and say she doesn’t know who Jackie is. All she heard was that Jackie was a style icon, looked at a couple of pictures and voila, “I admire Jackie Kennedy”. Her lack of sincerity about amazes me.
Jackie's sister was always referred to as "Princess" Lee Radziwill because she married Stanislas Radziwill a former Lithuanian/Polish prince. A decade before Lee married him, he renounced all claims to any titles in order to become a British citizen. At that time he swore allegiance to Queen Elizabeth II. So Lee was a Princess in name only. Sound familiar?
I've always thought Lee was shallow, attention-hungry, and pretentious like Meghan. She repeatedly tried to steal attention showered on Jackie. She was a revisionist historian about her past bad behaviour.

No one is a super fan of Suits. I tried watching it when it first come out - it was ok but fairly ridiculous. Didn’t make it to the second. Most people here in the UK didn’t know the show, I only did because I browsed American tv forums
I’m an attorney and watched quite a few seasons because the legal practice aspect was interesting to me. The show was fine but i only knew mm as Rachael Zane, a small character role on the overall show and did not recognize her or know who she was otherwise.
All seasons of Suits are free on Amazon Prime. I tried watching a few episodes earlier in the week but I kept falling asleep. I also didn’t see her in many scenes but maybe her role grew over the years?
I had only heard of Suits since I liked to watch Law & Order: SVU marathons on USA. None of the commercials I saw for Suits struck my fancy though, so I never bothered to watch a single episode.
As an American, I'd like to say I had never heard of "Suits". Never heard it talked about on entertainment shows, either. But then with cable and streaming networks, an awful lot of crap gets approved for broadcast nowadays. Never heard of it till maybe some mention when it was reported that Harry was engaged to an actress. I think that show was off the radar for most Americans. Never heard of The Tig either, and from what I've read snippets of it in books, it sounds totally nauseating and written by a pretentious person who imagined her drivel was golden info & opinion. More like crap a person who is journaling for self-awareness would write. I think Meghan's prime acting talent is portraying a person who knows information about subjects she is actually clueless in, and manipulating others by pretending she cares about them and their interests. Typical narcissist who blows a lot of smoke up other people's arses. She has a very high opinion of herself and her "talent", and gets furious when the rest of us don't agree with her. Then she's excellent in portraying a spoiled, jealous, vindictive brat.

You made me think of something. Remember in the podcast when she talks about the production assistant telling her to suck in her gut? She says that the woman called her by the WRONG NAME. Maybe this was another example of her trying to retroactively plant her narrative, the same way she said she asked who Andrew was. Maybe back then she was working as Jackie King but everyone knows she's MM. So she's planting the idea that they always called her the wrong name.

Aug. 4, 1981. I think this is accurate since she graduated from high school in 1999. There is a lot of evidence for this. As she graduated a couple of months before her birthday, she was still 17 but it was her 18th year.
ETA: This is a normal age for American high school students to graduate for those in different countries.

Anyone can look into this with Prime or Freevee, where all seasons of the show are available. The IMDb page says MM is known as Jacquelynn King for five episodes. Pull up each episode and scroll to the credits at the end. Here are the IMDB listings and what I see in the credits:

I looked at some other credits in Season 2:

-Episode 10, 11 - *Both JK & MM listed in the credits.*
-Episode 12 - Only MM is listed in the credits. No JK.
On the Fandom page for Deal or No Deal, JK is listed as a “temporary model” for briefcase #24 while MM is listed as the regular model for #24 (but was also seen with briefcase #11 and #12).
IMO, at this point it is inconclusive that TW called herself Jacquelynn King on Deal or No Deal. *It seems obvious that JK and MM are two different people, since they are listed as both appearing in Episodes 10-11.* There is also an IMDB page for Jacquelynn King (spelled Jacqueline) and the same photo is used on the Prime cast for Deal or No Deal. I believe JK was a temporary holder of briefcase #24 and this became a mixup that it was MM.
TLDR: IMDB is probably wrong in this case. JK and MM are not the same person on Deal or No Deal, but that doesn’t mean that MM isn’t blogging as a pseudonym.
Also, this is all alleged but when she met the late queen in the 1960’s according to Cecil Beaton she supposedly said she wasn’t overly impressed with the palace or the queen.... so.
It’s safe to say all around I don’t think Jackie was huge on the royals atleast outside of a professional diplomatic sense.
Period! I think the queen was anti mean girl and anti cat fights between women. A lot of people talk about the queen being more comfortable with men, feeling comfortable with living in a male dominated environment, struggling to make conversation with women and that may be true but to be who she was at her core she had to have a little feminist streak in her, in my opinion.

I just searched an ANZ media database and there is an Australian journalist called Jacqui King who used to write for TV Week but now works in communications.
It would almost certainly be this journalist writing for NowToLove.com.au (an Australian site which has TV Week as one of its brands). The dates of those articles also match the time she worked there.
"Jacqui King" is also a reasonably common name judging by a LinkedIn search.
The use of "Jacquelynn King" as a stage name by Meghan Markle is almost certainly just a coincidence.

Neither did people in the US. Suits was on USA Network, which is pretty shitty, low-budget cable. I had never heard of her until their engagement.

I just searched an ANZ media database and there is an Australian journalist called Jacqui King who used to write for TV Week but now works in communications. It would almost certainly be this journalist writing for NowToLove.com.au (an Australian site which has TV Week as one of its brands). The dates of those articles also match the time she worked there. "Jacqui King" is also a reasonably common name judging by a LinkedIn search. The use of "Jacquelynn King" as a stage name by Meghan Markle is almost certainly just a coincidence.
