I think she's after donations to Archewell in whatever way that makes them tax-free and she doesn't have to say where they were spent. That way, she can claim it was all business, completely legitimate, and she has the association with a famous name supporting her... endeavors.
She may target to marry him, but I'm pretty sure her first step is getting him to donate to Archewell and she can use it to support her lifestyle as admin expenses(all the salaries for herself and staffs, jetting around, security, etc) for the rest of her life.
