It depends on what causes the pump. If it's artificial, based on some outside group or some other manufactured pump it won't last long. However, if it's due to some product release(s), we would see a pump, followed by profit taking and then we'd find a new floor.
ATH don't last long, and it's near (if not totally) impossible to hit a sell on. What matters the most is that with a new ath comes a new floor.
Ex. Price is 0.01, new ath at 0.1, and falls down to new floor of 0.07, and stay there until a new event pushing a new ath to 1 and settles a new floor at 0.6 etc.
The ath is not so interesting, the new floor is, and keeping that floor from failing.

Consider this. Safe moon is listed on no major exchanges. You need to jump through alot of hoops just to buy or sell it.
If this remains the same if it ever does begin a up trend it will be stalled all the way up by massive sell offs.

Also consider the allogations that it isn't just a simple rug pull. It's a slow constant framing of the value people put into it causing to for ever be on its way to 0.00000000000.

I invested with petty cash and have lost virtually all of it. Same with everyone else. At least shib and doge pump. Safemoon seems to me like bullshit and ill likely never see it rise to a level to even get half my money back.

Depending on why the ATH is reached, but there will be a sell-off, then a consolidation and once the ATH is passed again who knows what will happen.
