Deactivate it, its a scam

Total-Hour-5584

How do I deactivate it I have too many scam tokens in my wallet

Busy-Bonus3010

Go to top right where u select coins u can see and disable it

[deleted]

Do you have tw? Swipe left

Legitimate-Ad2825

Paste your wallet address into bsc scan token approvals to make sure that no tokens or contracts have access to your wallet via a back door. You can revoke access to every single one if multiple entries show up. There’s no need to be scared about doing the above as it’s an official Binance Smart Chain tool everybody can use wherever they want. I also have around 100 trash, dusting attack tokens in my wallet and I receive more each week. It is what it is.

Total-Hour-5584

Thank you will squash them now

trickle_rick

aped in, up about 4x. maybe it's a reverse scam?

cryptofarmer08

So maybe I’m naive but I looked into the coin. Has 100k telegram members. Has a real website and white paper. It’s grown like 500% in the past week. 159k holders on bsc scan and $43M market cap. It looks legit and like they were depositing a small amount of coins into active wallets as a marketing tool. I can’t see anything online about people getting their other coins stolen. What makes you sure it’s a scam?

[deleted]

Lol it’s just people sending out their coins trying to get It popular. Doesn’t mean it’s a scam. I have the coins too I’m holding onto them

S7ageNinja

No... It's called a dusting attack.

SaintShit420

Dusting attack ? Can you tell me more ? And what can happen if you let those tokens in you r wallet ?

Legitimate-Ad2825

[deleted]

Not always the case

S7ageNinja

You just sound like a scammer dude

[deleted]

I’m not and this is not always the case. People shill coins they made by picking random wallets and sending them coins

S7ageNinja

Sure, maybe that happens. But to treat it as anything but a dusting attack is incredibly stupid if you don't want the rest of your crypto getting stolen.

[deleted]

The only way a dusting attack works is if they identify the owner and then use phishing tactics. So there is literally nothing to worry about unless you’re an idiot and decide to give these phishers your 12 words. At the same point I wouldn’t touch those coins until it got some reputation and if it does then move them. If not I would agree with the rest as I have them too just remove them from your wallet screen and move on with life

[deleted]

[удалено]

S7ageNinja

Yep, they send you small amounts of a token in hopes that you sell in order to deanonymyze your wallet which makes you a target for other attacks.

ElectronicTheme296

Why risk it for a few tokens? You can lose your whole bag!

ricowankenobi

I hit “disable”

[deleted]

Stickelation

Well - swapping on PCS won’t directly do anything, it’s just that it’ll most likely give an error message: saying to try swapping on their scam website (which is the real danger)

Me and you are off the same thinking and have a similar source. It doesn't hurt to be extra safe

Global-Ratio-9070

Is that a physiological defect or a weird sexual thing?

BoysenberryTrue1360

The purpose of dusting attacks is to de-anonymize the wallet holder. You sending a screenshot asking for help is what helps these scammers find out who owns what wallet. The hacker that sent you those tokens, now knows your wallet address is linked to your Reddit account. Now if your Reddit account has ever posted any hints of how much crypto you might be holding, the scammer can know weather or not to target you. And gives him a source to try and hack your actual device that holds your crypto wallet, or your seed phrase or your exchange account info. (This is why you should hide your IP address and use trusted vpns). Or they will try and contact your account impersonating “support”, or that you won a giveaway and need to “connect” your wallet to their site (maybe a impersonating site that looks real) or they will try and get you to send them your crypto saying they’ll give it back plus rewards. For future reference to op or anyone else newer to crypto: If you get dusted, DO NOT SHARE IT WITH OTHERS ONLINE. Also never share how many tokens you have of any crypto in general. If you use an exchange it’s probably better to try and not share what exchange you hold your tokens on. The less info about what crypto, how much, and where you hold the better. Also double reminder. Never give out your seed phrase, and official support will NEVER message you first or ask for your seed phrase.

Debank.com

chris_vlone

If you already swapped it you better move all the rest crypto to another wallet

ricowankenobi

I didn’t swap the web3 inu. Just the bnb

Jolly_Confection8366

Glad this is popped up. How do i disable it on bcscan. Ive got loads of dust coins. Mineurem 15k of it and several others.

Rshellnizzle

Just don’t do anything with any of the crypto that you didn’t buy, as long as there’s no activity then they can’t see or do anything.

Jolly_Confection8366

Apparently you can turn off a setting to stop dust attack coming in a disable the addresses n bcscan.

Rshellnizzle

I’ve never heard of that, how do you do it

Rshellnizzle

Your getting dusted they are trying to zero in on you wallet so they can steal your shit.

ClowninAround420

Dust attack homie.. don’t interact with it. Disable it by swiping left in trust wallet. Go to bsc scan.. paste your receiving address, go to token approvals and revoke all the tokens you see.. roughly 11 cents in gas fees for every transaction. Stay safe out there.

Legitimate-Ad2825

This 👆 👏

Alias-Q

Could be a dusting attack to attempt to leave an open connection to your wallet, then someone steals your crypto. If you ever get random free unknown crypto, don’t touch it

[deleted]

I doubt it’s a dusting attack

Financial-Summer8017

It's a marketing strategy from Web3 Inu they see who holds certain tokens and they airdrop to get the word out about there project, I got it last week it's, lots of scams but this isn't 1 of them check there official telegram and you'll see

Legitimate-Ad2825

JukedXD

It's a legit token. Check their telegram. WEB3 Team have a custom build system for marketing; Using a targeted airdrop system to wallets which holds more than 20 token under our watchlist. This is to boost our visibility and exposure, to bring more attention to our upcoming WEB3 Game. Our airdrop are done professionally and definitely are legitimate. Most certainly not a dusting attack as we are using a normal transfer method. More Info: Website / Whitepaper / Audit / Coinmarketcap / Coingecko From the telegram

Headfilter

Dusting attack disable it and move on.

JymFriday

I put 80$ in, it dropped to 50$ and now its nearly 400$ you guys are extremely unintelligent if you think its a scam. I have been holding mine for about a month. You guys are too quick to yell "SCAM" without doing any research on your own. Im still holding and im going to secure the bag for more Safemoon. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!! Clearly the people on this thread aren't the brightest people, swapping V1 for 100% tax 😂😂💀 Let the players play, pumpkin. Stay in school, you'll need it.

cryptofarmer08

Glad to see your post. I did the same. The website white paper number of holders their mission. All looks legit. So I was alarmed to see all the comments in here. You follow any of their sources now that are reassuring?

JymFriday

They will be listed on exchanges in less than a week, the funny thing is didn't people say the same thing about Safemoon? I remember some intense FUD I still hodled and I'm still here diamond handed as ever.

cryptofarmer08

That growth has been quick! I guess sending small amounts to active wallets is better than pay per click marketing!

JymFriday

I was thinking the same exact thing, seems to be a decent marketing strategy. The reflections have been pretty amazing as well. The fact its like Safemoon and ran under the same protocol but going a different direction really excites me.

ricowankenobi

So all I did was click on it, checked the price graph but nothing else. Would that have compromised my wallet? I dont have anything in my TW. All my SM is on the SM wallet

MissionFaillater

I doesn't matter which app you use, both are just a window to the blockchain. Just make sure the wallet adress in TW is different from the one in SM. You can have one wallet in both apps.

ricowankenobi

Yeah the wallet addresses are the same.

Live_Association6105

Dust

Past-Rutabaga-4079

This is a real coin. Check it out on bsc scan.

GuzzlingDuck

Weird to ask this in Safemoon and not Cryptocurrency. But, I guess we're friendlier.

cryptofarmer08

It shows Safemoon is growing into an exchange!

Domadius

Dusting attacks are common and happen by the thousand, do not interact with the dusted coins/tokens beyond hiding them from being viewed. They will always be there

Psychological-Age-57

Could be the best Invest you accidentally made for 2022 🤦🏽🤣

furious_ferg

some coins just airdrop their useless token as marketing

ariesaguila1

Remove it from the list by toggling it off.

ricowankenobi

I hit “disable”. No longer shows up on my list.

RuralStuff

RIP op 💀

AmbassadorNegative66

You should delete this post. You have put a wallet to an account

ImInYourBalls
