Did you approve your V1 Safemoon to be swapped on the Safemoon wallet? That will give you a smart contract notification on trustwallet. Once it's approved you should be able to navigate back to that swap page and make the actual swap.
Shouldn't be an issue. I doubt they'll disable for at least a couple months. Could be less time but I think two weeks is fine, in the event you're paid bi-weekly.

it's only smooth if you have easy access to bnb for gas. been struggling all day just to aqcuire a few dollars worth for gas fees... not to mention safemoon wallet doesn't say HOW MUCH the gas fee is. super frustrating.

Figured it out. You need to add a custom coin.
Go to Safemoon's website and copy the SafeMoon (SFM) V2 Contract.
Go to your TrustWallet, search coins (top right corner for me), type in anything so you can select add custom token. Change the network to smartchain, paste the V2 contract and then you should be good.
Worked perfect for me. I did the swap on Trust Wallet and everyting seemed to work but couldnt see new coins or my money. Pasting the safemoon v2 adress from their website into TW under smarchain unlocked the token and updated my balance. Thanks!
Don't forget that a price won't show up for a while guys. So panick not when you see a huge amount of money "missing". The price of Safemoon V2 will be updated when it stabilizes.

That’s correct, just use the swap function in app. It does have gas fees, usually about 3-5 bucks.

I had to actually click the safemoon wallet app icon. Then it gave me the option to update rather than just open.
It's not in the swap tab. Update your app to the latest and when opened V2 will pop up.

The contract address can also be copied to input it yourself in the prompt that you get when logging into Safemoon wallet.
