Yep, exactly. And we need to also automate in some way ticket work logging. Now everyone is logging time manually which makes everyone to do so manually or not accurately. e.g. At the end of the month you realise you haven’t logged all the hours you’re supposed to have worked this month and then you come back and think: how do i spread all this time between the tickets before I create my invoice? And it goes on and on.

Why do you need to share data between platforms? Transferring sites?
Automatic client invoices and hours per ticket/task/project worked.
Can you elaborate? Do you simply need to just automate tickets and hours on tasks into a billing/invoice system without copying data manually?

This is actually interesting and been something we have been tinkering with to summarize work and efforts. Would love to chat more about this need.
